Personally my wife thinks the set is the the best out there for Advanced kit for any sketch artist, writer, illustrator. It's so convenient grab & Go advanced package set with a great simple carrying case. My wife no longer has to worry about everything falling out everywhere all is firmly in one place. Toss it in your purse or car very small and compact worry-free set. I would highly recommend looking at this if you're interested in a very high quality convenient pack this is the one to buy. My wife uses it daily. 5-star product everyone should have.

I have found that these markers give me very clean lines when outlining, drawing and writing. There are 9 pens with different tips, 2 drawing pencils and one eraser. Two of these markers have double tips which have been amazing for shading. They have been perfect to travel with easy to carry and take anywhere. I have been using them for about 3 months and they are still like new. The tips have not lost their shape. They have become my go to pens and so far I have been very impressed.

I have always wanted to get into hand lettering and write my own fancy greeting cards and do fancy journaling. This set will allow you the possibility of that, but it won’t make it a reality…that takes practice. Lots of practice. I am terrible at hand lettering, because I am not a patient person. This set is great, though, with rich inks and everything you need to trace and practice and learn how to be a great hand lettering artist…the only thing it can’t do for the user is make the letters. I wish it could, because then it would be perfect. Until I can turn my pens and markers correctly and make the perfect lines, I’ll continue to practice. It’s harder than it looks in all the tutorials…at least it is for me. I love the wide range of markers it offers, as well as the pencils and eraser that are included. This set is really versatile! The ink is thick, dark and evenly flows. It looks beautiful on paper. Perhaps I went wrong getting an "Advanced Set" and the things I didn't like about these markers will be resolved with more practice? I did find that the more I worked with them, the better I understood how to use each pen and the better the outcome. That being said, the ink on these seem to feather more than I expected. These pens are very easy to use and the brush-like tips glide on the surface you are writing on and with just a change in the angle, you change the way they write. Each color is nice and bright. The set includes 10 Colors and one large black pen. It also comes with a pencil and eraser. I practiced mostly on just plain copy paper and to my surprise, it didn't bleed through so I know with good thick invitations it shouldn't either. I didn't experience and smearing since the ink was drying fast. I also found that the markers did not bleed when the correct paper was used. Finally, this set included two different dual ended markers that have chisel, fine tip, brush and another fine tip ends.
