WWE 2K23 manages to improve on every aspect of the previous year's title. Additions to each game mode, such as an improved MyRise, bring players closer to the feeling of being inside the squared circle than ever before. Improvements to lighting and textures make each superstar stand out and look almost life-like at times, this is possible the most complete WWE experience to date!

Brilliant game, and an amazing addition to the series. There are however major bugs that people should be aware of. Online has problems, universe mode is virtually unplayable, and custom entrances/arenas are very buggy.Its only the first month, but a full working product would have been nice. Clearly 2K hires sub par game testers.

It’s almost impossible for a WWE game to become worse than WWE2K20, so the expectations for this one was not that high. 2K delivered with a solid comeback and the birth of a new GM mode. This mode has personally been my favorite since it allows me to live out booking shows. MyRise is good experience for the story telling. You can spend a good chunk of time there. The showcase for Rey Mysterio is so well done, you definitely need to finish it to truly appreciate his career from a story telling perspective. The overallPresentation of the game is great. It still has dedicated content craters for your create a wrestler and support from 2K. If this game is on sale and you love wrestling, GET SOME!

Definitely enjoyable for some mindless wrestling fun. Literally if you go too extreme with changes it seems to crash every time. It took me several attempts to actually get to play and finally I just slapped on attire and a mask to cover up the generic starting body just to get through it. That kind of sucked because you don't actually wear the outfit through the PC training part or in a lot of cutscenes so I had to look at the ugly generic dude the whole time.MyGM was pretty boring overall. Felt like playing a spreadsheet almost. Didn't really feel like a rewarding game mode.The thing that really stood out though was the community creations. You can basically find any wrestler or famous person ever to download and play as. Even wrestlers I forgot about entirely like Mosh and Thrasher. I ran into a Harambe at one point too. The game itself has made so many options available for moves and outfits that you can basically make anyone with a little effort and it looks like the players really have.My biggest disappointment with the game though is the music selection. I always start out these titles with making my own custom character and by the time I was done with just the overall basic body type and started working on fine tuning I had heard every song in the game already. I actually stopped after attire just to go to the menus and find out how to turn off all the songs because it felt like I was listening to the same 5 tracks over and over. It got really grating, really quickly especially because none of the songs were very good. Like if you aren't going to use basic background music and actually going with bigger name artist's tracks you need a decent number to make it so it doesn't immediately become repetitive.Overall I'd say it's worth it at half price or less if you just want to throw people off steel cages or smack them with steel chairs like I did. Pretty fun to be able to basically play any wrestler from your childhood thanks to the community too.

Best Wrestling Game in a Long Time

This is the best wrestling game since 2k14 in my opinion, although it isn’t perfect it still a solid game with a good roster, a fun showcase mode, the added war games mode is a lot of fun, the game looks stunning with smooth gameplay. GM Mode is improved and a blast to play with a friend.4/5 because the online is very broken (for me anyway) I usually can’t get into a game without it crashing. and the MyRise is short and a very mediocre story with bad voice acting in my opinion.

Disappointed

I was avid WWE fan growing playing all the classic from Smack Down versus Raw 2007 , this is the first time I played a WWE game in a few years .I was a little disappointed with how they created team , it’s so much harder to understand and some of the controls just do moves are stupid.I’ll be returning

Good game. Its more of the same, but thats not always a bad thing. Its a true and tried formula, why meas with it. Solid game, good roster, great graphics, easy to pick up controls to jump right in but complex enough for experienced players. Im about 10% about the story mode(s) and 90 percent about the character creation mode. That has been my main reason to buy or skip the Wwe 2k games. This one is pretty good EXCEPT that its all about presets. Choose this body or that body. Sure you can change the actual height and "weight" of the characters. Meaning you can create a big fat character mess with the weight and make him weigh 160lbs as a cruiser even though he looks like a 500lb super dooper mega, "thats a a huge..." guy. Pick a body, then be able to morph the neck, chest, abs , legs, thighs, arms etc like the olden times. Be able to adjust clothing, make shirts sleeves adjustable, pant legs sizeable. Slap on mask over mask. The whole point of PS5's and Xbox whatever's is more power and graphics yet it seems that we had more choices on the ps2 and ps3. Its a solid game dont get me wrong but to us customizers it lacks, like the last 5 installments or so.

Itt Tommy, With Regards, The WWE2K25 game was tested on a Playstation 5 before the PS5 broke when the web browser was taken away. It seems to works fine. The game was put in storage for five years. Brilliant content creation work. Unfortunatey the WWE 2K22 game now has no working content. It has been five years.

Rushed Game

2 stars because it feels rushed. There re still a ton glitches and playing the game it is sluggish. The showcase mode is also horrible with poor cut scenes and impossible challenges. Over all not worth the 19.99

so glad i preordered this game WWE2k23 could possibly be the greatest wrestling game ever made . A stacked roster of wrestlers of today ,legends ,and stars of tomarrow!!! Keeps you entertained for hours with different game modes with my rise, story mode, and 23 years of john cena ( you cant see me) and my favorite universe mode where I control my own shows with endless of possibilities of running and controlling the wrestling world!!! so if your a wrestling fan or not this game is a must for the collection oh yeaaa dig it!!
