2 Philips 400W HPI - T Plus Tubular Metal Halide bulbs that I needed did not arrive and I am still waiting.I find this an awful service.
This lamp is a genuine Phillips product and is fantastic as a grow lamp. There are fractionally cheaper Philips bulbs online, but they are fake. Delivery was fast efficient and it was very well packaged.
Excellent customer service, one of the bulbs was smashed during delivery, I contacted the supplier and a replacement was sent straight away.
Ordered bulbs two days ago, paid for next day delivery. Did not come. Called they blamed it on Fed ex but it didn’t show leaving warehouse no tracking. Said it would be reshipped has not arrived and no message of it being shipped. Have forklift rented to install still waiting
