PDP Wired Controller for Xbox Series x - Blue

Right out of the box, this controller did not work correctly even though it was advertised as being brand spanking new. The home botton doesn't light up nor does it work. I downloaded the pdp calibration app on my xbox one s, but it doesn't calibrate that botton. I see another buyer picture has a white light right above the home button. Mine doesnt light up at all. In my opinion it was a waste of money buying a pdp controller. save your money and your time!

I chose this one over another brand because I've had 1 of this brand before and it lasted a decent length of time for the price, though I had originally planned on buying the other brand., which is always dependable. Worst decision - if Walmart allowed returns on electronics, I definitely would!It does things such as when I'm playing streetfighter, either itll act like a button or direction is stuck (i.e. I will continously do nothing but jump or walk backwards) or it will completely quit responding, though the light will still be on as usual, and no unual sound or notification! It happens a few times every time I play. I will have to unplug it %26 plug it back in (which of course by then, I'm dead). I have changed cords, to no avail. The Walmart description says it comes with a free month of xbox game pass ultimate but mine didn’t, and I tried searching it up but nothing worked if someone know how I would like to know if possible… Other than thatthe controller works it feels lighter than a regular xbox controller but aside from that it works the same, great for a cheap controller or a backup one.
