The charm is not an authentic Pandora charm but does fit on the pandora bracelet and appears to be a good copy. The ordering process was simple. Delivery was quick and there was good tracking regularly updated. I haven’t used the charm yet so unable to comment on the quality. Otherwise it is a lovely charm and looks great on the bracelet.

This is the second expensive pandora ring I have bought in the past 6 months that has had a stone loose! I am actually starting to get really fed up with Pandora, the online store & customer service. The ring arrived loose in a box, in no plastic bag, no protection, nothing so it's actually no surprise that the stone is loose. I bought the 14k gold version of this & paid a lot of money so you'd expect a bit better than this! Now I have to send it back by post because they won't return in store if you payed afterpay online which is beyond rediculous! I found that out when I tried to replace a faulty bracelet I got for Christmas. So now I have 2 rings & a bracelet to try & find the time to send back because I keep getting sent faulty jewelery. I have had this ring for a couple years, although, started turning grey about a couple months. Very poor quality, and only keeps its “showcase” look for short period of time.Wouldn’t really recommend… not for how much it is. If they had a better wear and tear policy, especially because I have been very gentle and cautious with this piece, it would be a much better deal; it was gorgeous at first.(I also took the ring to the store to be cleaned and it did not do anything for it. It didn’t even look as if the gem itself was cleaned.)

I bought this rose gold plated square sparkle ring at a jewelry store in Puerto Rico. It was beautiful in the store showcase. The plating only took about a month to flake/wear off, eventually turning an ugly dull gray. I received another rose gold diamond swirl band as a gift. It did the same. Very disappointed for the price!! I wish I would have gotten the sterling silver. Anything plated, even though more expensive, is usually junk..
It's a lovely ring but this is the second one I have bought, the first one has lost stones from the back and I notice the new one just has a plain ring on the back section now so I wonder if the loss of stones had happened to others and might be why the design changed. I had to buy it again as the first one was a birthday gift from my sister and I dreaded her noticing it's state so I will only wear this new one on occasions when I see her. I have given this ring 5 stars as it is a lovely ring and might be wear better with this new design.
I just received the ring and I love the way it looks, but the 6 fits more like a 7 and I really wanted to wear on my ring finger. I'll most likely return it unfortunately. I wish that Pandora would consider creating a size 5.5 and 6.5, cause why not??? How is there a 4.5, then skip to 7.5 and so on? Pandora if you're listening, this customer needs the rings created in 5.5?!
My husband and I picked out this ring (alone with 2 wishbones) as my “everyday” wear. My main set needs repaired constantly so we’ve decided to put it away unless there’s a big occasion. So far this has held up great! I actually like this more than my $5k set
i didn't have this ring for 5 months before the rose gold plating was completely off of it making my finger turn green and the stones started falling out. i emailed support about it and they said that it is because of daily wear. i take my rings off when i wash my hands, when i shower, when i do anything aggressive like with my hands (oil, gardening, cleaning, etc) i will never recommend a friend to get a pandora ring and i will never purchase another one. extremely dissatisfied and this was a waste of money. should've just put the money down the garbage disposal.
my boyfriend bought this for me in rose gold and i hardly wore it and kept it in the original box. it turned grey the next time i took it out! took it pandora and they said i shouldnt have kept in the case but should keep in an airtight container. WHAT?! you didnt tell me that when I bought it.
I got this ring as a gift a few months ago and I loved it the first 3 days, and I am aware of being careful to not be wearing the ring doing the dishes and showering etc and to take it off. but sometimes I forgot to take the ring off and washed my hands only a few times and the rose gold started to turn green and tarnish. Also 3 of the small cubic zirconia, or crystals have fallen out super easily after just accidentally hitting it against my car keys, or snagging it on my shirt. Do not get the rose gold finish and I don’t think the quality is work $100+ I believe it’s worth $50. It can not withstand normal life tasks. Also, be very careful how you wear this ring. It is NOT meant for sleeping with, showering, or accidentally hitting it, it will ruin it.
