Little bit bigger than intended purpose but goor for measuring morphine syrup as I need between 5ml and 10ml. The shape is good for me as well as it helps the medicine go down. I assumed it was made from glass as I had put glass and in as one of the filters. When they turned up I thought these are a lite side and discovered that they were made from sort of plastic dont ask me what it is it feels like Perspex. Now this isnt a problem and I am totally satisfied with the product rather than being made from glass. Actually from a safety perspective these would be safer.

Not sure of its durability as it is plastic so only gave it a 4 star. It is good when measuring as the levels can be seen easily from inside the jug and it is good to hold, good grips as in the title work well. I buy a lot of good grips articles and they are all good in that respect. I am hoping that the readings on the jug do not wash off but again only time will tell. It is nice little jug generally and little is the key word here, when it arrives it does look quite wee compared to others I have for the same measurement of liquid but it does the job well.

This is a really clever measuring jug. You no longer have to struggle to see how much liquid is inside. You don't have to hold it up. You can actually look down into it and see the fluid measurements. Makes much more sense and much easier when cooking. Bought a couple. One for myself and also one for my mum and sister as they are avid bakers. They were also pleased and impressed

I got this as the medium size Pyrex jug I have (had) is a terrible pourer. The clever measuring scale appealed too.It's good and it works as it should, though the scale isn't always easy to make out from the top and it pours OK but not flawlessly.Overall I am glad I got it - it is better than the item it replaced and, despite being plastic, seems to be dishwasher safe.
The best one yet. I love how it's so easy to hold and pour. Also no need to hold up to the light either to read external jug measurements for your liquids. OXO are company very innovative. I've bought other OXO Good Grip products and they are all of the highest quality. Very pleased.
The one in the picture has cups on the internal slant. The one I bought ml which is the same as on the external side, rendering it useless for what I'd bought it for. Unfortunately my partner used it before I got home so we cannot return it.
The idea behind this is good; it is very easy to read the scale and see how much liquid you have in the jug without having to contort yourself to do it. It looks classy and is well made, but rather expensive in my opinion. However, it is difficult to mix things in it (e.g. instant custard, gravy etc) because of the design and the way the 'measuring shelf' meets the base of the jug, leaving 2 edges to negotiate. It would be so much better if it tapered away to join at the bottom edge, leaving a perfect oval shape. While it's OK, I had been thinking I would buy other sizes too, but I won't bother.

Best little jug ever. My eyesight is not the best, I make my own bread, my husband has normal bread I have gluten free and its important to get the quantities correct if you want a good loaf of bread. I have been using a normal Pyrex jug for years but over time the measurement on the side have faded and it was time to buy a new jug. This jug is perfect, I can pour the liquid in and look from the top to get the right amount every time. I am also very pleased that it pours without messing, unlike a glass jug I bought a while ago, liquid everywhere when you pour.I am very pleased with my jug and can highly recommend it.
