I bought two of this toothbrush on April 16, 2024 on Walmart.ca. One of the toothbrush stopped working completely on June 7, 2024. It will not hold a charge and it turns on by itself randomly throughout the day. I called customer care of June 7, 2024. I was sent an email with shipping directions on that same day. After opening the email I realized Oral B is asking me to ship the product to Braun in Mississauga. It's Oral-B bad product, why should I have to pay shipping out of pocket. Just so crappy!! It was offered at a great price too.However when I unboxed the brush I found that there was no visual indication of what brush mode the iO4 was in. It is good information, but my daughter didn't appreciate the dried toothpaste on her iphone! So that may have to wait for later. There is a 2 year warranty in the USA. My granddaughter got her first permanent tooth, so this was a great time to encourage her to be more diligent to keep her teeth and gums clean and bacteria free. We all use Oral-B electric toothbrushes in our family and highly recommend them to all our friends.
