Awesome sunglasses in every aspect of the design, fit, function, and style. I'm usually skeptical about purchasing eyewear online without trying on first, but the AR-viewing ability helped curb my nerves and helped me get a sense of what they'd look like. Needless to say, they nailed it in virtual realm and reality! Will definitely be purchasing again with this ability to check out products from online and get the comforting sense of what fits. The Polarized-Prizm lenses are outstanding at viewing everything in sharper clarity than expected, adding great detail to any landscape being viewed, water or nature

Disappointment overall in the lenses in regards to quality. They just seem cheap, easily breakable. The lenses arent complete tungsten copper color where it will block your eyes from being seen by other people. Shipping is a joke with DhL who will just transfer it to USPS after sitting on it. Oakley packages your glasses without giving a hoot. Just throw the glasses in an oversized box with no packing peanuts or even paper. Let em bounce around in there, that’s why you pay so much money right.

Had the same pair before these. My head is usually little bigger and these fit just right. I don't feel any pressure on sides from wearing these. The lens last forever and nice thing is if for some reason you need to change they offer different lenses. These have been thru alot and had no issues. Been in the beach in fort Lauderdale in the water, and winters in PA. I have dropped them a few times on the ground pretty good and still were fine. My original pair I had 4 years and lenses still were clear. I had HD Grey lens and they were really nice allowing just the right amount of light in. I had glasses that I would be wearing and while driving you go under a little cloud and they would be so dark it was hard to see. Ordered the prescription Holbrook XL sunglasses, with Jade prizm lenses. Overall I’m happy with them, the only thing that I am not satisfied with, is the lack of customization and color options for prescription users. What I really wanted were the shallow water lenses in my prescription, but after a phone call and some online scrounging I discovered that they weren’t available. Jade is the next best for the look I was going for and I am very happy with them, just wish Oakley would offer more!
I love fuel cells but replacement lenses are unobtainium. Especially the ones I got this time with the clear lenses. The replacement lenses have becoming harder and harder to find for this particular frame I don't know why because you can order custom new fuel cells with almost any lens but replacement lenses have become less and less available. Finding clear replacement lenses for this set is impossible because they're not listed anywhere! Another reason I like these is because if you do get banged or bumped around the ear pieces just unsnap and can be reassembled after you've taken a bump to the head or something like that. This particular style of Holbrook has beautiful aesthetics. I love the blue polarized/prism lense with this style of Holbrook. A nice variation of camo and black. Overall, beautiful design. My reason for four stars is comfort. The temples (arms) have a tight fit as they hug back of your ears. Slight irritation and pressure as the temples sit on the middle area of your ears near the temple tips. The temples feel as if they have serrated edges as they sit on the area. Slightly heavy. Looks like I'll need to get these adjusted or a pair of different temples all together. I ordered the regular size, not XL. Most people fit the regular size you just need adjusted temples. Just FYI for everyone.

I took them out of the sale box, kept them in their microbag and put them immediately in a soft case, in the car for the next day's driving. The next day when I went to run my errands I opened the frames and just looked over them and saw a white scuff along the bottom of the frame around the left lens. I wore them for the day as it was very sunny, and decided I just spent over $150 on these and they should not arrive scuffed. Not sure if the scuff occurred before the sunglasses were put in the box, or if they were previously returned scuffed and then re-sold to me (which would be awful sales practice and QC). I love the look and feel of this design. Wrap around design is stylish and provides excellent uv protection in the front. The lower rim lightly touches my skin and block sun reflection coming from below the lower rim. I especially like the wide temple/sidearm for blocking sun/wind on the sides. I use this for both driving and hiking and it feels great. I also appreciate the us flag logo on each side, hence my preference over other similar Oakley 9096 models. However, the label on my frame reads OO9096-38. It comes with a cloth pouch that also has USA flag shown on each side.
they are pretty good sunglasses, Have a good color enhancement. Good polarization. light, you can wear them all day and no headache or scratchy nose. Only bad thing is that they scratch easily. I only have them for one week and they got scratch. I didn’t drop them or bump into something. they got scratch cleaning them. It was with a microfiber especially for cleaning glasses, and they got scratch. That is my only complain until now.
I bought the all black Holbrooks with black polarized prizm lenses about two months ago. I never write reviews but I have to for these. There's only been a few sunny days where I've been able to wear the sunglasses and they're amazing. The colors come through vibrantly and lenses cut out glare. It's almost like they're telling your eyes to see better. I feel like normal sunglasses just make everything darker, these block out sun while still providing unmatched vibrance and visibility. It's a hefty price tag, but they're great for driving, fishing, or everyday wear. If you have the money to invest in a quality pair of sunglasses, you won't be disappointed.
