This Blender is a powerful tool.. the blades are sharp and it blend the meals I make for my baby so easily without having to bring out an entire standing Blender. There was a star lost for the ease to clean portion.. it's difficult to get under and around the blades while cleaning, you can't really see it or get to it in a way by taking it apart. Another star was lost because the cord was sometimes getting in the way and then when I want to use my hands to mix the stuff around in the bowl, putting the mixer down made the counter all messy from the end. It would be nice to have a way to make it stand or something.Still worth it for the price it's at! Even better when there's a sale.

First thing I noticed on this blender is it feels sturdy in the hands. Upon turning it on, you can really feel the startup torque when the motor engages. Handles all basic applications well. Minor complaints are that it doesn't real sit well on a table, the speed control works on one speed level, and the whisk being attached to the shield is a bit annoying for cleaning. It would have been nice if there was more of an anti-rolling design for the blender. If you set it down with the whisk, it has an easy tendency to roll, I often had to set it down with the power cord sitting a certain way to prevent this. For the speed setting, I wish the find adjustment lever was functional on both high and low speeds. It currently only functions with low speed setting. I found ... I found having that higher speed level with adjustment would have "felt" nicer during use. I also found the speed adjustment was a bit cumbersome with the control at very top end of unit - would have been nicer closer to the main speed controls. As for the whisk, the whisk felt a bit short. When it came time to clean it, felt as though needed to spend a bit more time ensuring food/liquid remnants didn't get up into the whisk spindle end. Overall, I do like the build and feel and function of the unit, aside from some minor design quirks.

The blender is great except for the fact that it does not turn off. When plugged in, you have to press and hold to run. When you release, it should turn off - per the instructions. However, it does not turn off, it stays on and I have to unplug it to power off. I'd say that's an important feature. So there's definitely a malfunction.

Works well to mix liquids. Will have to see if it does the same with thicker consistency fluids. Bought it mainly to see if it will chop up and puree meat. It's quiet. The handle warms up after a brief period of use. That's to be expected since the motor is housed in the handle. The only concern so far is the mixing blade moving up and down at the end of the tube that holds it. When it moves down, it exposes the opening at the end of the tube where liquids and food can potentially get into the tube and make it hard, if not impossible, to get out. Even when being washed too, water might get into that tube. The worry is the growth of bacteria and such that might grow in there and maybe that getting into future foods you prepare when using the blender. It would have ... MoreWorks well to mix liquids. It would have been better if the manufacturer made it so that the blade doesn't move down to expose the opening of the tube like some other manufacturer's have done.
Having a very social 12yo daughter, we usually have a few friends over daily. Smoothies are their treat of choice and this Emersion Blender is the perfect tool for them to use! Comes complete with a variable speed power unit, a nice storage/measuring cup with lid, a chopping blade & container, whisk and the Emersion Blender attachment itself. Very sturdy constructed and very easy to switch up attachments. Best part is the long power cord and allows more movement options when using. Best investment to allow the kids to make their own treats and so easy to clean and store. Haven't used it myself yet but with the holidays ahead I am sure my turn will come.
I use this a lot and can’t believe I waited so long before purchasing. It’s made easy work of blending soups, creating dips, smoothies, and that viral edible cookie dough using cottage cheese 🤪I cook a lot of meals from scratch- so it’s a great tool to have😊 I use the “chopper” dailyHonestly though, it doesn’t chop so well, more like pulps/ purées- so I’d still recommend dicing ingredients the “old fashioned way” with a knife
I purchased a NutriBullet Immersion Blender months ago from here, Target and I was so excited to use it. I was using NutriBullet’s blenders in the past and never had issues with them so I wanted to try something new. I used it twice the past few months and on the second use, I notice the attachment (plastic part that locks in) started to house water inside. I tried to shake the water out but there’s nowhere for the water to exit or drain properly. When I wash this blade, I only rinse the blade portion under hot water, nothing else. This doesn't seem sanitary as this water can potentially leak into my food when I use this. I contacted NutriBullet for the warranty process and I even offered to send videos to show what I was describing. The amount of information they ... This doesn't seem sanitary as this water can potentially leak into my food when I use this. I contacted NutriBullet for the warranty process and I even offered to send videos to show what I was describing. The amount of information they ask is ridiculous. I can understand they need to verify customers but the amount of time and work to get this done, you’re better off buying a replacement so I feel their warranty process is just a scam. They asked for the warranty card barcode which came with the product; I didn’t keep this because the card itself said that not having the card won’t void you of any warranty support. So I threw the card out and now they’re asking for it. In addition, they’re asking for the receipt on which I purchased this blade. I have it but they make it as if every customer will keep their paper receipts? Then they ask for me to take a picture of the blade’s model info as if they have multiple models when they only have one. Then they wanted me to explain how I wash the blade, Dear lord. Then companies wonder why customers scam them?? Because warranty processes like this are so unfriendly! Save yourself the effort and annoyance that I went through. I should've just bought a Vitamix immersion blender but I saw so many raving positive reviews about NutriBullet's version and only average reviews of Vitamix. Now I wish I would've bought the Vitamix regardless.
I've used all the functionalities/attachments so far and I've been really happy with all of them! I have no need anymore for my Cuisinart mini food processor (this attachment does the job better and with easier cleanup). I haven't gotten the "motor overload" smell yet which is a good sign. The UX and symbols is dumb-proof and I like that the blending attachment is pretty solid steel. In general all the parts seem well-made. We'll see how it stands the test of time! Folks have said the handle is a little heavy which I agree with but it's not a big deal since you're not supposed to be blending continuously for over a minute anyway. Not a bad tradeoff for longterm durability (fingers crossed) I would say.
Wow, I've been meaning to try something like this for forever, and I am SO glad I did. This thing is POWERFUL! I get the same thrill as squeezing a power drill. Most importantly, it is so much easier than a blender! Especially being trapped at home these days, I feel like alllll I do is clean dishes and it is so annoying to try to poke my scrub brush down into the nooks and crannies of my blender - which leaks by the way. Instead this thing is a magic want // power tool to just poke into the food: smoothie, cake mix etc, and it's FUN! Makes me want to cook more. Love it! Oh lastly it takes up no counter space space. Big win!- Just as fun as a power tool- Declutter counter top- SOO much easier to clean.Win win! (Ps, don't literally throw away the blender - ... Trying to make 2 cups of simple mayonnaise to no avail. I bought the first unit from Amazon.com and the motor burned out before the mayo was ready and water got trapped inside the mixer blade shaft and I can't get it out! The second one barely made it through the one minute it takes to make 2 cups of mayo. Around the end the motor got very hot and started to slow down. Tried making pesto after it cooled off and the motor now gets hot and stops after 30 seconds. Also, the new unit's blade shaft also traps water that can't be taken out during handwashing. 2 units having the same issues in a row is a strong indicator of how poor the quality is. Don't buy it!
