Drop one pill into a 1-2 litre bottle of any low sugar drink, let it soak and start to dissolve for the half an hour or so and then shake a bit. You will get a bottle of energy drink (3 red bulls equivalent by the caffeine amount) and sip it through the day. Good value.

I've used every stimulant product known to man to get extra energy. When you have two kids and. Full time job I always found it hard to get through the day and not be a zombie.....tried all the energy drinks(monster/red bull/rock star....) regardless of size I'd have a shaky burst of energy for an hour then crash and need another. Tried the lipo-6 caffeine pills of work and got through an 11 hr shift feeling alert mentally and physically ....I could think more clearly as I wasn't shaky and jittery like I would be from an energy drink. I plan on trying these this week as a pre workout. But to get through your every day routine....it's worth it....and for 60 servings for hype price of 2 energy drinks...can't be bear

I was expecting clear liquid as my use was for cosmetic but it's a white, mildly gritty stuff inside very well sealed capsules. So maybe not gr8 4 cosmetics but great as no-fox as it would get into the system fast. Btw, young drivers, don't overdo the stimulants as I had a beautiful, smart young man friend who did too many red bulls & caffeine on a long drive and died when his heart stopped. what's with the giant bottle? it's such a waste. it's literally like .05 full when you get it and doesn't fit in bags well.
