NordicTrack NETL27719 Commercial X22i Incline Trainer Treadmill

Machine looks really nice but broken only after 4 miles. Customer service sent me a new controller which still didn’t fix the problem of the belt not working. I was later told to wait six to so RN business weeks for another part. I asked if they could replace, but said no that I had to wait for parts. This is after I waited 5 weeks to get the first controller that didn’t fix the problem. So I am returning t and will incur a cost of $615 dollar to use a detective machine which only ran four miles.

Absolutely love our X22i commercial treadmill! This treadmill is top of the line in my opinion. Out of all the machines we’ve bought this one is my favorite. Incline goes up to 40% and up to 12 mph. If your looking to purchase a awesome treadmill I’d absolutely look into this one, Highly recommended.

Amazing

I purchased the x22i in the 13th, it showed up on the 19th. I see a lot of negative reviews on google reviews. Do not let this deter you. If you look anywhere else, the reviews on this treadmill are extremely high for a reason.I won’t go into all the details about why this treadmill is so amazing because You can just go to any site and get all the details. But I can tellYou this, although I have had this treadmill for a couple of days, I have ran on a lot of Treadmills and this treadmill takes the cake. It is simply amazing and will change your your life when it comes to Your cardio/ health. Trust me worth every penny and the some! My only regret was that I didn’t get it earlier!

Bad bad bad , read review, didn’t last 24 hours

Horrible!! I had it 24 hours and the controller broke, which means the machine does not follow the incline I need , is stuck at 40% incline, we used it 3 times!!! I’ve called they are sending me a controller board to replace. Issue is takes about 3 to 5 business days, i complained so they will send a technician however the technician won’t be dispatched until the part gets here, and a technician could take 10 business days. We are talking about a bit over two weeks of things go well!! Very disappointing and truly sad that I have waiting for it as well as my wife we were so excited and within 24 hours the machine is dead! Horrible!!! Will post another one on the future.

Don’t BUY X22i. Don’t buy from NordicTrack

This is the worse purchase I have ever made. I spent over 3,500 for my NordicTrack treadmill x22i. From the start it would glitch and at about the 10 month mark it completely broke down.(I don’t mean like doesn’t work well, but I can still use it, I mean like it’s completely useless I can’t do a thing with it, broke) It started off with the belt stopping and starting to now the screen won’t even turn on. We have called multiple times to get someone to help us. At least twice a week waiting on hold for 30 minutes or more. The best they did for us was sent out a computer board for us to install ourselves. This was not easy. It had to be replaced by lifting up the huge heavy treadmill and disassembling from underneath. They say it’s because of Covid which I would respect, but they are still selling their product and running ads and if you call their sells department they pick up in a fast hurry. I should have bought a Pelaton. This was a gift my husband bought me, that didn’t even last a year! Don’t go through the heartache I’m going through, now I have to figure out how to post a video about my experience so I can save someone else all the pain and stress I’m going through trying to get my treadmill working. I had a used treadmill before this it was a Sole. It lasted me 5 years used before I wanted an upgrade and got this. I regret giving that one away. Now I’m out side running in The freezing cold, chancing Covid because NordicTrack doesn’t care about their customers. If you call to buy something they are there!! They say they will answer questions about their equipment. As soon as you buy it and you need the service department you wait on hold for hours, and it turns into watch this tutorial to “Fix Your Equipment”. At this point I just want my money back, they can come pick up their broken treadmill. This is the worse customer service I have ever experience, I feel like what they are doing has to be illegal.

Hunk of junk.

Broke after 3 months of not even daily use. Belt stopped working. Took another 3 months of constant calls/emails to get it fixed (like other posts, they wanted us to fix this ourselves but we opted to have their service provider - who were also terrible to deal with - handle it and it took their technician, a "professional", almost two hours to repair). They claim they don't sell a defective product but message boards are littered with people complaining of this very same issue. Sounds like a defective product to me. Garbage product and garbage customer service.

Purchase with caution

We purchased this product in December 2018. While I have no issues with the product, we purchased it with the promise of a year of the iFit membership free with purchase of the incline trainer. Although the machine can be used without the iFit, we specifically purchased it because of the iFit program. It is now January 25th and I have yet to get the iFit membership that I was promised. While this is not a Nebraska Furniture Mart problem, I would like to warn all potential buyers that you will not get what you pay for. I have spent hours, literally hours a day on eternal hold with the iFit support line...that never provides support. Terrific piece of exercise equipment & great NFM service

This is a fantastic piece of exercise equipment. This incline trainer offers everything you would want in a treadmill with the added component of a much higher incline to simulate hiking. The iFit component is terrific with tons of instructor led programs in absolutely beautiful locations. There is a code inside the delivery materials that allows you to sign up for a year of the iFit coach program at no additional charge. NFM had the best price on this equipment and as always had superior service & installation.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. Don’t buy it. The first one we received didn’t work right right away. Screen kept freezing, communication between program and treadmill kept glitching, etc. After 2 months, and hours on hold and attempting to troubleshoot, Nordictrac agreed to send a replacement. They did, and the one they sent was missing parts, including one of the arms and all of the bolts necessary for assembly. After many more hours on hold, they agreed to send a replacement arm. They did, and it was unassembled and sent without the screws needed for assembly. More hours on hold, and we finally got the screws! We put it together. It worked! For 3 months. Then it died. iFit and an amazing treadmill increase motivation!

This treadmill is awesome, it has every feature you could desire and then iFit actually keeps you engaged and interested. I used to just stare at my time or distance, wishing it was over. Now I quite enjoy the experience and find it flies by. Very happy with my purchase. Only downside was receiving two power cables which do not fit Australian power outlets, still chasing up a replacement, but my computer monitor cord is being used as a temporary stand in. :)
