As with all my Nordic Ware pans, this Pine Forest has been amazing in every way!The non-stick is super slippy smooth and i hardly need any release for the cake to slip out in tact every time.The detail is so crisp, all i need to do to this one to finish it off is shake some icing sugar over the top et voila!Word of warning! Everything i read online says never EVER put it in the dishwasher because it'll ruin it.

This is one of my favorite baking items. Made a choco cake with grandkids, put the powdered sugar on top and we created a little winter wonderland! Yes there are detailed crevices to create the design but this pan will outlast me for sure.
Beautifully made extremely solid/robust baking tin. I used melted butter inside as the tin is so detailed and my cake came out perfect. Dusted the cake with icing sugar once cooled et voila a beautiful alpine scene. I used the Nigella recipe, "Spruced up Vanilla Cake" as the measurement are perfect for this size of tin (this is the tin she also uses). Delicious, easy to make and a real show stopper. This tin will last for years. Expensive, but quality shines through.
Worth paying a bit more for this good quality baking tin. Having bought this brand before I knew the quality would be good. It’s solid and quite heavy but will last a lifetime!
A friend brought a cake made in this pan to a bridal shower. It was charming. I have 2 friends which have cottages one in the mountains & one in a forest. Thought this would be a perfect gift for them. They were each surprised & delighted. Bought one for myself as well.
Make sure you use grease this very well otherwise as I found the first time I used it, because of the intricate shape, the cake will stick.
Another reason to love Walmart! To be able to get Nordic Ware here is terrific! I got this to add to my gingerbread house pans! Now I have an entire village! My best tip for using these, is to also get Pam Perfect Release spray. If you spray it really well, it comes out perfect! I use a gingerbread cake mix and then just sprinkle with powdered sugar for a winter wonderland!
