As an elderly person who previously used a 3G Aspera Flip phone, I found this phone difficult to use and especially see with the all black surrounds in the menu or navigating area of this phone. Also hated the method of input for letters and numbers as well as the phone being locked. There was no indication of this phone being locked when I saw it advertised online, and anyway I didn't even know what that meant until I got this phone. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get this phone unlocked and the rest, so much so that I returned the phone and received a refund!

It works as it should although it has a few issues that ruin the overall experience. The volume button on the side is very easy to accidentally press, randomly putting it on silent mode. The battery life is below average, even when 4G is turned off.

All non-latin characters in SMS will turn into boxes. And there is no workaround, according to official support.

Do not buy this phone, battery won’t even last 2 hrs and thats even without using the phone.I will be taking it back to JB Hifi and asking for a full refund….
If you're looking for a simple flip phone without any smartphone features then this is a good choice. The operating system isn't trying to be android-lite. If you mostly want just calls and texts then this will do the job well. But if you need smartphone apps and features, then look for something else. The battery lasts reasonably well. And the alarms will work even if you like to turn your phone off at night. For me, this was one of the best phone purchases in many years.
Handy size easy to use. Unfortunately a bit to basic (not touch screen ) apart from that good small phone
Great little phone but I missed where it said it doesn't have WIFI. Well It doesn't say anything about no WIFI
Purchased for dad to replace his old style flip phone, this one not as easy to use as his old one, not very user friendly, he still having issues using properly, had to get new micro SIM as old one too big, so couldn’t transfer contacts from old phone, so had to load on again, took so long just to do 3. Cheap phone.
Phone menu is child like. Works but does not answer calls with flip open action, must press button for answer & end!! ..strange for a flip phone in 2022. ...1960's Star Trek communicator is better than this. Lol.
Bought for dad aged 92. He was not able to use it due to messy menu. Too tricky for older people. Looking to on sell.
