Noctua NA-HC3 Chromax Swap Heatsink Cover For NH-D15 Black
The Noctua NA-HC3 chromax.black.swap heatsink cover is a great way to dress up your NH-D15 cooler. It is purely for aesthetic purposes and will not negatively affect cooling performance. It comes with two covers that can cover both fin-stacks of your NH-D15. The inlays are made of some laminated plastic, but users can use construction paper if they want. The cooler will be 165mm high, which is the same height as the fans on the cooler. Noctua claims that the covers increase performance by about .2 degrees Celsius. However, it feels like this was something that could have been included in the box with the cooler.

I just received these today and had them on in about 2 minutes. SUPER easy to install. The package has 2 heatsink covers in it and the inserts are double sided plastic pieces that flip to two different colors. So you can either have both heatsink covers the same color or different colors. Very ingenious way to make this product and it would take longer to open my case than to change colors on these!

Overall I'm happy with this purchase and how it makes my NH-D15 look inside the PC case. And of course, Newegg shipped it with lightning speed! Thanks Newegg!

really makes the Noctua CPU Cooler stand out more and fit with the look of my build! Easy to install and an inexpensive way to make your cpu cooler really your own!
Came opened but everything inside
A clean finished look with colors that look sad in the presence of LEDs.
I recommend this product, maybe a little bit on the pricey side but no regret cause my NH-D15 chromax.black look A.W.E.S.O.M.E now
Here's how it works: you clip the base on the heatsink, and since the base and cover parts are magnetic, they slide in/out super easy, so changing the insert color couldn't be easier.
