As always, Noctua fans are great. These 40mm ones are inaudible at max RPM and still move enough air to keep the motors they are mounted on cool.

Noctua, what to say...purchased as a fan replacement for my 3d printer psu. Things are a lot quieter now.
These diddy little fans are pretty quiet even at 100% duty cycle, while still moving decent amounts of air.I run them in a QNAP rack mount enclosure and my cpu temps are within normal ranges.
