An excellent addition to the Woodfire grill. Easy to clean, excellent distribution of heat and the non-stick surface is perfect for eggs, smash hamburgers, bacon and for browning burger buns. It is excellent for grilling/searing and frying anything that would either be too delicate for the grill plate or slip through. A great bit of kit and highly recommended

Good addition, which means you can use to saute veg, make pancakes on. Intact most things that you cook on a fruit pan can be cooky on her ( so long as there's not too much liquid). Easy to clean in hot soapy water with a soft cloth/spongy

Nope, still not shifting.OK, let's try a different degreaser I reserve for stainless steel stuff. Nope. No help.Ok, let's let it soak in bleach. Not diluted, to remove the organic stuck on mess. Still nope. Despite using all of the above with a relatively stiff nylon pot brush.Just so disappointed.So either, not fit for purpose, or, not as described, easy clean IT IS NOT.First use showed it to me as useless.Why they haven't actually used a decent non-stick coating is beyond me. Same for the crisper basket. I have 3 other ninja grills and no issue with the coatings on them at all.I have booked a return and the grill itself, I hope, will be accepted back to Very. If not, I'll be contacting Ninja direct.I am astounded they can say "easy clean" and it actually not being dishwasher proof. Penny pinching to only cover one side of the grill and flat plate with "non" stick.Remember the pictures are after hand washing, degreaser spray X2, and household bleach with a nylon scrubber used each time. First time use on the grill setting, the burger lightly sprayed with rapeseed oil on each side prior to putting on the flat plate. They aren't water beads.I applied to be a ninja tester, wish I had this on test prior to paying £380 for the woodfire and flat plate. I sure could have given some useful feedback.
The flat plate grill compliments the original grill plate of the BBQ Smoker and allows you to cook all manner of foods with ease. It is well made and has a good non-stick coating making it easy to clean.
Excellent addition to our Woodfire - we use the kits when touring in our Motorhome and it does everything we need (and saves on gas if we’ve got hook up). East to clean flat griddle surface just adds another dimension to all the things we can use our Woodfire for!

You need a flat plate to bake pastries eg home made cheese and onion pasty or homemade bread rolls. This accessory fits the woodfire grill perfectly and is truly non stick.
This is a great addition to the Woodfire BBQ. My only constructive criticisms would be that it sits on a bit of a slope so that fat drains away, this results in slightly uneven cooking of liquid ingredients like pancake batter. The other comment would be that it is more flimsy than the grill supplied with the machine. Would I buy it again - yes, I definitely would!
