I’m now using my second jar of 15+/514+ New Zealand Raw Manuka Honey and I love the flavor. I cannot determine yet any affect on my overall health. I add a full teaspoonful to my coffee or tea in the morning daily. I live in the foothills of Northern California, USA and am experiencing seasonal allergies as it is spring in this region of the world. I was curious to find out if this honey would assist with my allergies knowing the bees are tending to sacred plants in New Zealand and not to the local flora near my home. I plan to purchase a third jar of this honey to help me determine if I should continue using it or switch back to locally sourced honey. As far as taste goes, I love this honey!

Now reaching to the bottom of Manuka Honey with 15 UMF+, I begin to feel the subtle difference it has made toward the overall of my healthy. The feeling is wonderful with more energy, less pain on my joints of hands (which have last for quite some months already) and knees. Of course, this is in addition to healthier food intake, more exercise and sun, plenty sleep etc. I've bought the same type of honey with UMF10+ from another company but my body hardly felt any different when taking honey from any grocery stores. I did my research and found this company with raw Manuka honey I can trust for a betterment on my healthy. I'm about to plan my next order for a larger quantity.
I have recently purchased the 15+, as well as the 20+ and 24+, UMF Manuka honey from New Zealand Honey Co.I have tried them all ****** and l love the taste of each. It's like a combination honey with caramel flavor and texture.I dissolve some of the 15+ and some 20+ UMF to a drink that I make consisting of several different healthy food supplements that I consume in the morning and before bed.I have rosacia on my chin that can flare up and get inflamed and even infected easily. Usually the healing process of that area takes 2 to 3 weeks, but using the 24+ Manuka honey, as well as Myrrh oil, I've been able to heal that area much quicker than before. I trust in the topical healing properties that the higher UMF and MGO Manuka honeys possess.
This magical honey has kept me healthy and full of energy! So flavorful, just the right sweetness and makes me very happy when I eat it daily with the little wooden spoon. I have tried a few different brands of Manuka honey, but this one has the best flavor. Others have been bitter. This one is so enjoyable to eat by the spoonful. I always eat a heaping spoonful when I have a sore throat or cough, and it really helps to ease the pain. I think it speeds up the healing, too. It has been great during my pregnancy when I can't have other cold medication. I use it on wounds as well.

At first, I tasted it and remind me of medicine and honey mixed together. Lol. I used to sneezing every day. I don’t know why. But maybe something allergic to carpet? Now it finally stopped my sneezing! And my eczema seems improved little bit so far. I hope it will heal completely soon! I enjoy to eating it on toast, baking cookies, salmon. It is so delicious! I was surprised at how good it tasted. I use it daily. Just a spoonful before I leave the house every morning gives me a quick boost of energy, and I know it is fighting the good fight. I find it a little too sweet, so I was thinking of stepping it up to the next strength, but gotta wait until pay day, yikes....lol.....also waiting to place my next order until they use different packing. Mine was in a manilla envelope and was mangled a bit. This stuff is too pricey to take a risk that it will not be packed safely. They offered to send me a free wooden spoon.......still waiting for that : /
