Great bed, good size and not too hard to put together. Would recommend two people for assembling the book case bedhead though, as reach is a little tricky when attaching the bed base support rail to the bedhead.

Just spent thousands of dollars on 2 beds for twin grandsons and expected much more from such a well established company. While the bed itself is ok the shelving was very problematic and had to be redrilled to enable it to be put together. Disappointed.

New bed purchased one month ago for an 8 year d for $1500 has broken underneath metal parts already. Such poor quality for a kids bedPurchased online, not from a store. Difficult to find somewhere to sort it from the options.

No stars at this stage. I haven't recieved the bed yet
The boxes arrived quickly after ordering it, but it was not straight forward to assemble. Some of the items were mislabelled, and some instructions were missing and what we did have was a bit unclear or incorrect, which in some cases required undoing and redoing things. Some of the predrilled holes were misaligned, and some things weren't predrilled at all. But we persevered, and eventually got it assembled so that it is usable enough. For the cost, it is disappointing, but my daughter is happy enough.
There is a faulty piece I asked to replace it. I sent a request to support email, and haven’t got any response yet. The hole is not aligned with the nut.
