New Chapter Wholemega Fish Oil for Moms 90 Softgels

These fish oil supplements are fantastic because you don't get the obnoxious taste of them as you are digesting them as is common for pregnancy. What I also really liked is that they are sustainably sourced. There is so much frightening stuff out there about fish farms. It was an relief to know that my baby isn't getting that.

I used thisproduct for many years and when I purchased this I noticed a slight difference in the product after using it several months.I compared the old bottle from several years ago that I had saved to the new bottle and yes there is a difference as the ingrediant contents are not excatly the same!Also heard New Chapter was sold to Proctor and Gamble, maybe this is the reason why.There is a slight fishy after taste- not too bad at all. Game changer right here. These were fantastic as your skin takes a toll while your pregnant and being a new mom. This made my skin glow, made me feel really good and good for baby while feeding. A higher price, but the product works well. I would recommend to others, but dont take your first trimester, and we all know why:) great product!!!

I’m honest I might be a bit biased with omega products (Ive been a loyal customer of only two brands my whole life “bare biology” and “aqua biome”). I tried this omega supplement as soon as the nausea of the first trimester allowed me and I’m not too impressed. It’s definitely a good product but it’s not single origin, and it doesn’t have a measured amount of DPA 🤷

Excellent combination with Perfect Prenatal Vitamins from New chapter

I am leaving in the Netherlands(where there is not enough sun and vitamin D3 is important) and drink this vitamins with the perfect prenatal vitamins of the same brand. The concentration is good and suits to moms. Helps to save teeth and bones, joints during pregnancy. Makes blood circulation better and blood thinner to provide enough oxygen to the baby.In general very happy with them. Take only 1 capsule per day during 3 months. For me this is enough.

Great fish oil

My eye doctor recommended fish oil before and after my LASIK. That was 2 years ago. I ran out last month and noticed my eyes have been much more dry and irritated. I've been on this fish oil for a week and have noticed a lot of improvement with my eyes. My skin seems a little less dry too.

Great size, terrible fish burping ALL day

I love the size of these. And the price is right. But the after-burp taste is unbearable. For me, it lasts for the next 6 hrs or so, and I simply can't take it anymore and have to give this bottle away and go back to my Nordic Naturals. I even tried to cut it down to 2 pills rather than 4, but it was just as bad and made me nauseous all day. And what's the point of taking 2 when the required amount is 4? I'm sorry but I can never buy these again.

Love the size of the Softgels!

I have lots of trouble swallowing "horse-size" pills. These are the perfect size for me. I take two in the morning and two in the evening, and they do the trick. I usually use the "petite" version of this product, but once, the store was out and I called the manufacturer for help. They directed me to this product which they said was the same product as the "petite" size softgels, just labeled as prenatal. In either case, I love this product and would not consider using another.

New Chapter WHOLMEGA FOR MOMS

Overall great! Noticed an increase in the quality of breast milk; more thick hind milk instead of the excessive fore milk I was starting to produce right before I started taking this & the Perfect Postnatal! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I am still tired & dizzy taking them & the fermented smell isn't pleasant, but I take other medications too, so may not have anything to do with this product. I used to take the prenatals from Melaleuca, & felt better on them, but can't take those without eating a decent amount of food; with vomit those up otherwise. Overall I really like New Chapter!

Small amount

I didn't notice this before buying but contains 90 pcs and daily dose is 4. So one package lasts less than a month! Also dosage made me think that there are better options out there. Didn't notice any effect during first bottle. I will change to Carlson Labs now.
