Mens New Balance 624v4 12½

I bought a pair of these with 6E width fitting for general everyday wear but found them so comfortable that I started wearing them while doing DIY, gardening, etc - 'dirty jobs' where I had originally intended wearing my existing shoes with standard (not wide) fitting, despite them being uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. So I bought another pair so I can always have a clean smart-looking pair to wear with no paint. cement, etc on them!

I ordered a half size up as I did with another brand. There was no need as the extra width was ample. The extra half size will not bother be but next time I will order my usual size with the wide fit. Nice shoes, lightweight and hardly knew I was wearing them compared with some regular NB that were very tight. Thank you for the prompt delivery too, quicker than expected 👍👍👍

The new balance website offer precise sizing measurement guidelines. We followed these exactly and even ordered half a size bigger and it was too small. The shoes are great quality but this website doesn't offer free returns so it was £12.50 to return the shoes. The return or exchange system is paper based rather than online so feels like rather an act of faith just sending them off without any online confirmation. On the plus side, it is wonderful to have a website that offers plus size, wide-fit shoes.

My go to trainers, just comfort all the way. Just back from holiday, my wife and I walked 59 miles whilst away in comfort for me a revelation in comfort with style.Just love these new balance trainers.John

I’ve had to order a Gentleman’s pair of trainers as I’ve had an op on my left foot so I needed the extra width as the ladies only went up to a size 8.5 & I was advised by one of the team to go up by half a size 9.5 is grest on my right foot but can’t try the left trainer until 8th of December when I can get the boot removed from my foot. The company have be brilliant as I had to explain my situation just in case I have to return them! they said no problem as long as I haven’t worn the shoes outdoors & retune them in the conditions I received the trainers.

My husband has large, wide, high instep, sometimes swollen feet. We have a major problem getting anything to fit, let alone a modem look. These fit, hurrah, and look great though he’s on the top of the scale size and width wise. So delighted we found this supplier!

Searched so long and happy to find this company BUT it ended in a huge disappointment. Wrong size, old battered box and the need to pay for returns from Singapore is just sad. I think I will just wear it anyway. Won't be buying from them anymore. I cannot believe that the packer will just pack a US 14 when you ordered a 12. Maybe they are too overwhelmed by many orders but I will stick to buying from a shop from today on.

Not keen on a suede trainer. Quite a light shoe lacking support for ankles. It would probably wear out in a few months. Price was ok . Fit and size adequate. Inserts were thin and could feel every bump. Returned to Wide Fit for refund.Problem was New Balance and not Wide Fit. New Balance soon run out of stock in my size Nd fit so am forced to experiment. They change their designs too often so I can’t get hold of a serviceable trainer in my size. They also up the price to around £249 a pair once they become scarce. Blatant exploitation of the New Balance brand and product.

Excellent quality trainers. Like the colour. Well. Plenty of room for my wide feet. Only negative, sole could be more cushioned

My feet are wider than widest available but my specially designed shoe stretchers (home designed) added EXTRA 10mm width in only 3 days & now perfect. These trainers are both Robust yet able to flex even wider. I have Gout & bunions so there is not much choice for me.
