My husband and some of his friends have this shoe in black, (also in white for special occasions) and have bought it for years now, because of the comfort, durability and trendy look this shoe provides. Please do not ever discontinue this shoe, it is a male baby boomer staple.

These are a repeat of shoes my partner has previously owned. We had been shopping everywhere while travelling overseas and couldn't find any size 13 extra wide! So when we returned home we resorted to online shopping. Thank goodness these came, correct size and he is very comfortable in them.

Good shoes. The person at the store was very helpful. I usually get 6E but she showed me a method with the laces to get these 4E ones wide enough to fit comfortably. Excellent service.

I have enjoyed a pair of New Balance shoes for 10 years playing Cricket, Tennis and Exercising.They are excellent fitting and very durable; in fact so good that I get them repaired at the Cobbler.Now has come the time to replace them and it was very easy to purchase a new pair on line at Athlete’s Foot
Very comfortable, covers the width that was needed. Has great support. Style can be warn with anything. Durable.
They are comfortable, have very good support, and the sole grips well on slippery surfaces. They are also relatively water resistant.
I recently purchased a pair of MX624WN5(SR)/4E boots from Athletes Foot Midland store as my older ones were rather worn and not good enough for a holiday in England for which I am soon to depart on. These particular type are wider than the average available ones and I have been happy enough with them over many years now. The only fault that I have with these new one is that the laces are incredibly long so that, even with a double bow knot there is too much spare lace.
Beneath the thin insoles of the left foot, there were lumps on the shoe's inner sole, beneath the ball of the foot. I returned these shoes and replaced them with the MX 857 WN3/2E
Default laces are marginally too short to use all the holes and still double-knot without using tweezers.Identical design features to my last pair, which lasted four years. How long are these new v5 ones going to last? TBA.Brick and Mortar store ordered the shoes in, but wouldn't order the insoles needed to make them actually fit my feet. Told me some would probably arrive that week anyway. A week later, no, they're not a standard item and they never get them in.
