It is a good product. We take it everyday.
Really good. Had a blood test that said I was deficient in Vitamin B and was recommended the injection but just thought I'd try the supplement first and it worked great and gave me a lot more energy. I personally found that I didn't need to take it for very long either.
These really boost your immune system and gives you the extra energy that you need!
Only recently started using this brand and find it equal or better than the moreexpensive tablets I was using previously. Fast delivery also.

This product was purchased for my Husband as an energy Supplement. He is very fussy and doesn't normally take many vitamins but he is more than happy with this Nature's Own Supplement. He seems to now have more energy.
