Great for if you need just a little help settling down to sleep without needing fully medicated sleeping pills. I felt well rested and fully awake after using these. No hints of grogginess whatsoever. They’re quite mild though so they don’t always work.

These actually work. I’ve had years of not sleeping and I didn’t think anything would help so I was surprised when these did?! I absolutely love them,I get to sleep through the night-yay!!! Highly recommend. Also these have melatonin in them to help you sleep-no other natural medicine does.

Helped me sleep on the plane
It’s a great product and it should be on special more often. It helps me to feel very relaxed and helps me get a good night sleep as I’ve just hit 60 and work full time.
Bought this for my husband but it didn’t really help as he had other issues

I have had a lot of trouble sleeping over the last year. Sometimes 3am or I see the sun coming up. I had given up on trying herbal tablets due to the fact they don't work. I saw this on the tv and thought why not. I've only been on them for a week and from night one they worked. So far no 3am going to sleep !!!. Every night I'm asleep before 1am !!!
