The recommended dosages is two gummies per day but these gummies are not sticky like most gummy candy and they taste good enough that I often feel like a little kid and want to take more gummies.I ordered a bottle with 150 vitamins. They should last two and a half months, assuming I continue to resist the urge to take a third gummy. The price seems very reasonable for two and a half months of vitamins. I also set up a subscription of these vitamins so I won't have to worry about regularly reordering them.I can't really recommend these vitamins since I just started taking them and I'm not an expert on multivitamins. I can say I'm very happy with these multivitamins at this point.
