These cranberry softgels are good for supporting urinary health and immune health as these also include Vitamin C and also can be taken by both men and women. My urologist had recommended these to me a few years back for uti and since taking them I haven’t had one. The one thing I don’t like because I hate taking pills in general, is how many times per day you need to take them for the full dosage, it says take 2 three times a day, I only took 2 twice a day and it seemed to work.

Exp dates and freshness are go hand in hand

Expiration date! Product freshness. Once opened, the smell was shocking and very disturbing; it did not sit well either. The expiration date for supplements and products should not be 2021! This product's quality is already diminished for the consumer.

It works! Had severe urinary track problems that kept returning. Started taking Natures Bounty and problem has disappeared. Even medical doctors were unable to find anything wrong or prescribe anything to halt my difficulty. Yet, every doctor could clearly see I had a problem in that area. Have already recommended this product to a friend. It is just great! Many doctors do not believe in it. My answer is try it before thinking it does not work.
