Nature Made - Magnesium 250 MG - 100 Tablets

I take medicine for bipolar and they give me some unpleasant side effects. One of which is called akathesia which is restlessness ( much like restless leg syndrome but spread out over your body) I was recommended magnesium to help alleviate this problem and while it doesn't completely erase it, it definitely helps. I find it calming as well. I would recommend this product.

I’m a runner and I seem to fail to take enough electrolytes in throughout the day and having a magnesium supplement daily has helped me through and through to get to where I am today. Magnesium helps aid digestion as well and it moves water into the colon to help flush out the system. I highly recommend using this as a daily supplement especially for individuals on the Keto diet.

This magnesium supplement was a life saver during my second pregnancy! Prenatal vitamins contain iron to aid in a baby's development, but can lead to issues with constipation during pregnancy. This once a day magnesium supplement offset any issues with pregnancy constipation for me.My doctor recommended Colace during both of my pregnancies, which helped a little, but would sometimes upset my stomach. I wish I would have known about the benefits of magnesium during my first pregnancy! Taking this magnesium supplement and one Colace a day made my second pregnancy so much easier.

Taking magnesium helps my muscles recover from workout, and also helps me sleep peacefully throughout the night. This is my favorite brand to use and I’ve been using it for over a year now with great success. I do prefer the chewable gummy‘s to these tablets though. The gummies taste fantastic.!

Cured dermatologic / nerve function condition!

I have a recurring condition when I feel my skin vibrating and itching for no reason at all. I need magnesium as I have problems with bone density and occasional night muscle cramps (feet and legs), in addition, Magnesium is necessary to better vitamin D, which I am also taking. This product is not expensive and I decided to use it. While it does its job - I definitely sleep better (I am taking it before going to bed), I do not have cramps, but it does have some laxative effect on me, which I do not like. I was taking a different form of magnesium before, which did not cause this inconvenience with the stool. It probably was Magnesium glycinate. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the bottle.

Great Brand

Have purchased the Magnesium from Nature's Made several times due to the brand name and also the dosage. I find the 250 mg to be good rather than the high dosage. Have been informed it helps if one has low magnesium upon blood work. Not sure if true, but was informed it helps with headaches and concentration. Due to the quality and brand, I continue to take.
