I'm a fan of the Vitamin C from Natural Factors. I use it intermittently when I sense a dip in my energy levels to boost my vitality and improve circulation. This supplement doesn't cause me any stomach issues. In addition, I have purchased other products from Natural Factors, all of which have proven to be excellent.

This vitamin C from Natural Factors doesn’t cause any stomach problems for me. The tablet is quite big, but not difficult to swallow. The dose per tablet is quite high at 1000mg. Those with sensitive stomachs should take precaution as the acidity levels may be too high for some. I consume this everyday to maintain general health.

Really good vitamin C formula with a great addition of bioflavonoids and rose hips. I def suggest everyone trying vit C with them two rather than in pure form, if it’s possible, as both rose hips and bioflavonoids really aid in more efficient absorbability of the vit C and its bioavailability as well.HOWEVER, I do not recommend taking ascorbic acid, if you have stomach acidity issues (for instance, due to gastritis or other illnesses) without consulting a physician first. Consider trying Ester-C (calcium ascorbate), which is non-acidic and wouldn’t affect your stomach acidity, instead, if that’s the case.P.S. don’t forget to 🌿thumbzzz upp💫 if you find my review useful)
This has a high dose of vitamin c, which is what I'm looking for to boost immunity. The source is ascorbic acid, however, and I think it upsets my stomach. I also found the tablet a bit hard to swallow. I do like the brand Natural Factors but have switched to the brand Synergy's vitamin c, which is formulated with berries.
This is my 2nd purchase! The price and quality of this are amazing. I love that the formula of this Vitamin C is infused with rosehip since it helps with my acne. The only downside to these pills are their taste. It's a chemically acidic taste that I learnt to get used to after a while. All in all, I would recommend this :)
