extends my nanoleaf light strip - I have two of these connected to my light strip and it allows them to reach all the way to the back of my closet so I can see everything. these are definitely brighter than the Hue light strips and less expensive too. Bluetooth connectivity sometimes lagged but after adding a HomePod Mini, which acts as a thread router for these itβs much faster. Plus I can say βhey Siri, turn on the closet lightsβ and they just turn on.

Super easy to use with my HomePod, i definitely prefer Nanoleaf for that reason. Other brands need smart hubs for HomeKit use, and are also way more expensive. My only complaint is i wish it were a bit stickier

I returned my first expansion strip as the interconnect was faulty and I got a replacement. The replacement worked fine when inserted into the base unit to test, but when all was positioned around a window sill, with the sticky adhesive, it did not work. The interconnect pins are very small and the expansion strip will light up when the connection site is squeezed, but turns off and the expansion strip fails when the pressure is released rendering this product useless. Base unit 2m works fine through Bluetooth, but instructions in how to connect to google home don't work. I bought this as part of a recent offer for both base unit and expansion strip. At least the base unit works, well sort of, aside from not connecting to google home.

The lightstrip is good enough. But the app is buggy and really not polished: lags and sometimes doesn't connect. Lighting integration with Google Home is hit and miss, even when connecting with Matter. Nanoleaf jumped on the bandwagon early for Matter. But it doesn't work well. Sometimes the lightstrip connects through matter. Mostly it ignores the protocol and uses bluetooth....when it works. For the price, it's fair. But if you are at all picky about how it integrates with Google or with responsiveness, you'll be messing with with this lightstrip frequently. If you don't care about these things, buy it!
The product is shopping experience is great. I find the product of a good quality compare with other brands that I have seen. I wish that the light strip come with a multiple connector that can mix and match with other light strips in the market.
I love these light strips. They have the best warm white and white lighting. The colors are easy to dial in, you can save 6 colors for easy access. Siri loves them as well, when I ask Siri to change the lights to 'turquoise', I get a 'voila' from Siri. Best Buy always has the best price
The lights work well, have an infinite number of colors, and the white lights are tuneable to match other lights near these. I was able to cut and connect these strips to meet my needs (connection kit sold separately) without any problems. The only issue is that the manufacturer's website says these work with Alexa, but they do not. The packaging clearly only mentions Google and Thread networks. I have mine connected via thread, and the app works very well. I just wish it worked with Alexa.
I recently purchased some Nanoleaf Essential smart bulbs from Synced. The team were incredibly helpful with very quick responses to my initial questions over WhatsApp. Once I decided to proceed with my purchase the bulbs arrived in less than 3hrs! Amazing. The Nanoleaf bulbs themselves are excellent. Easy to install, integrate into my HomeKit setup, and control with Siri voice commands. The whites are bright with superb Circadian lighting options. The colours are less bright but more than enough to give any room a coloured accent. Synced were also great after the initial sale - with several follow up messages to ensure I was happy with the product. Pretty unreliable connection. Great brightness. Colors are ok. Per LED lighting would be nice. Thread connection is iffy. Overall pretty nice, but could be way better.
We purchased the Nanoleaf LED lightstrip extension in a deal of the day bundle with the full length Nanoleaf lightstrip. We are using the light strip along the upper side of a length of cabinetry, to give background changeable lighting in an alcove. The full lightstrip is quite generous, but the extra meter of LEDs further extends the number of lumens that you can crank out. Adding the extension was simple, an easy plug in. The Nanoleaf responds without a separate hub necessary to Siri commands from a HomePod or AppleTV unit in the WiFi of your home. Color choices and brightness are easily manipulated, with your Apple iPhone or AppleWatch as your mobile Siri commander.
