As you would expect from MP, this product is excellent. There's no taste whatsoever, hence this being the only aspect of the review that I can't give 5 stars for. Otherwise, it's perfect. Mixes incredibly easily, into water, juice or protein shake, without any discernible residue (in the mixer or the mouth!) Goes Well With: Can be taken on its own with just water or juice, but I mix it with my protein shake (Overnight Recovery Blend) and it's perfect.

I bought Creapure to compare along side the standard MP Creatine Monohydrate powder. As far as I can tell there are little to no differences apart from the price. The standard Creatine has worked great for me so I was curious as to whether Creapure had an edge on the standard one. Unfortunately nothing to rave about. I read somewhere that Creapure mixes and dissolves much better. This remains to be seen, as I seemingly still have the same amount sitting at the bottom of my glass after vigorously mixing it (300ml cold water). The taste (Unflavoured) is what it is, tasteless as expected but drinkable nonetheless. As for results, there is no evidence, personally, to suggest it has an edge on the normal Creatine. I wouldn't say avoid this product at all but if you want ... MoreI bought Creapure to compare along side the standard MP Creatine Monohydrate powder. First of all creatine monohydrate is not known for its taste or ‘mixability’ so ignore the low ratings for those two attributes. It is however the one of most scientifically researched supplements out there with proven results in increasing muscle size and performance in the gym. It’s also great value. As long as you’re getting your doing the basics macronutrients right (1.6-2-2g of protein/kg of body weight and calories based on your goal) and training hard in the gym, this is the one supplement you need. Goes Well With: Water, shakes

Creapure creatine powder has been a game changer for me. It mixes well and I have had no issues with digestion. This has been something i have had using other brands of creatine. I used it during a loading phase (never done this prior) and even with the higher daily dose i still felt great. My lifts have become stronger and I am definitely seeing result! Great product. Goes Well With: I have the natural flavor that goes with anything. Very easy to get in to your daily diet with natural flavor.
This is a great version of Creatine. I've always been a good responder to Creatine, but about a year ago I bought some cheap Monohydrate tablets from a well-know high street bargain store. At first, they were fine, but after a week or two I started getting a lower/mid backache. Nothing else had changed in my diet apart from those, so I stopped taking them for a while and then started again: same backache as before. I checked the ingredients, and it was full of rubbish filler, and I also wonder how pure the product was, or even if it was contaminated. It kind of put me off Creatine for a while until more recently. I ordered the Creapure from MP and know I'm getting a pure product with nothing added. It kind of put me off Creatine for a while until more recently. I ordered the Creapure from MP and know I'm getting a pure product with nothing added. I also get all the same benefits as I originally did with Creatine: strength increase, endurance/stamina increase, additional physical energy, and I get some mental energy from it also - so some Nootropic effects there also. Mixability seems fine - although I just add it to a small glass, swish it around a bit and down it in one about 30 minutes before the gym. It doesn't really taste of much. I have never tried MPs regular Mono Creatine so can't compare it with that. Everyone's different, but I just know this works for me Goes Well With: Any form of exercise and protein

Have been very Impressed with the effectiveness of the creapure. Always giving you that extra push you’ve always wanted. It’s genuinely tasteless, which was a big positive for me. One thing that I feel could be improved, is it does carry a slightly grainy texture but it does exactly what it says on the tin so no concern for me at all. Goes Well With: Natural banana whey protein.
This Creapure.. been On and Off for last 6 months - when I do take it, the change is very noticeable. Both at the gym and when playing football. At the gym, I get extra reps and up the weights at a faster pace (in comparison to when not taking it) - energy levels last longer and feel more pumped too! Playing football, feel physically stronger and get bursts of energy when I need it most. I'm 5'8 at 11 Stone (sweet spot) and when taking it I average about 3L of water a day! Not including protein shake, yogurt or my usual coffee. Speaking of which.. this unflavoured Creapure really is hard to mix, not even with a blender! There will still be bits! Still worth it tho. I found that mixing it in my latte it will dissolve, tastes OK and hits A HELLA LOT HARDER TOO! Have ... I FEEL LIKE HULK AND READY TO "SMASH" IT! Highly recommend this if you want a major energy/physical boost! ps - take it daily, including rest days. Have a cool down period at some point. Research it. Goes Well With: Coffee, lots of water and a healthy diet.
