I have 2 Ryobi ONE multi tools, one is BRAND NEW did not even get to use it when it just would not work, the light comes on and thats it. The same with the other Rybobi one multitool, that one was used 2 times for less than 10 minutes and went to use it again and it would not work, just the light comes on. The 2nd one was bought by itself, the brand new one in a kit. RYOBI tells me to go to a town that is a long drive to possibly get it fixed. Unacceptable,.I want a replacement or better yet my money back and they can have their broken down useless tools. I have seen so many people with the same complaint. Basically what I have is 2 VERY expensive crappy flashlights. These tools come from China and are made with poor quality parts and I am looking into a class ... They dont care about the customer and how it costs a tradesman time and money when tools dont operate on the job. I thought Ryobi was a good product and now I know they are not even a good company. Spend a little more and buy Dewalt or even Craftsman. They are a much better company and their tools work and when they dont they will make sure the customer is happy.

I take comfort in grabbing a battery that will fit all of my Roybi tools. The Multi Tool is my current go to for a wide range of jobs. I use the impact driver to rotate my Tyers for my 2 cars, extremely easy compared to what use to be a chore.

This tool is another solid performer. I use this and other Ryobi tools quite a lot and I continue to be impressed by the price / performance ratio - it probably is the best in the industry. The multi-tool uses the de-facto industry standard for the blade attachment so it will work with blades from a wide range of suppliers. Another important thing is that the Ryobi 18V range has maintained compatibility since the days of the old 18V NiMH batteries and I still use some older tools from that era with the new batteries.

Great tool to have as someone just starting to work with tools. Eliminates the need to buy multiple different tools for general work around the home.
The Mae says it all.. a very good multifunction tool. Have mainly used for cutting wood in difficult spots or angles eg skirting board. Also works well with small metal pieces.
I bought this to remove cornices when replacing my ceiling. Worked well and made the job much easier. I gave it a pretty thorough workout. It did tend to get hot at times. I used the cutting blades and the sander attachment. Quite happy with it.
My previous Ryobi multi tool was 9 years and 8 months old and literally feel to pieces through wear and tear. It was a great machine but deserved a well-earned retirement. I decided to buy another Ryobi multi tool to replace it and I'm very happy with the latest model. If I was to change one thing, I would put a finger guard over the activation trigger as it is easy to accidentally turn it on. Overall, a great improvement and I hope to get another 9 years out of the new tool.
Works well, price wise its dearer than some, cheaper than some, Disappointingly, both the included blades sheared off the little spit welds withing 10 mins of use, (I was only cutting some old skirting) I've bought some replacement blades (not Ryobi but Universal)
I have purchased several Ryobi tools and garden equipment over the past 6 months and find them to be light and easy to handle. Would highly recommend Ryobi products
I’ve used this Item on many occasions and it’s proved to the wife the reason why I needed such a tool. I chose this brand as I have other Ryobi tools that share the same batteries
