Pros: Not as loud as the reviews made out, the prints are faster than expected too. The print quality is excellent, especially if you choose the highest quality settings. Also very easy to fill up the ink tanks with not a drop spilled. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.Cons: Sometimes the wifi takes a little time to connect.

Good print quality, easy to set up and compact design. Ink tank system seems good and only time will tell how cost effective it is. Much quieter than the reviews we checked before purchase led us to believe. Only reason not a 5* rear feed for A3 paper could be better, does not support paper securely so have to load paper at time wishing to print which was unexpected compared to other printers.

Bought the ET-15000 to replace our WF printer. Needed a printer that could handle A3 paper. Very happy with my purchase. Works brilliantly.Service received from Printerland was fast and efficient - thank you very much.
Just a note I had horizontal lines in the pictures. I tried the clean print head 5 times and it didn't help. So I tried power clean cycle which sucks down about 25% to 30% of all inks!! And still it had lines!! But it tells you to try again in 12 hours. So I waited until the next day and boom it was printing perfect. I also watched a You Tube channel that showed a person have exactly the same problem with a different Epson model. And they had to wait until the next day. So I say the unit works GREAT, but know you have to clean nozzles several times and wait until the next day to have a working machine. Obviously Epson knows this, that's why it tells you to wait 12 hours.
This is probably the worst printer I have ever had. First of all it didn't connect. Then thanks to Printerland staff no thanks at all to Epson they got it so it worked for a couple of days. Epson won't let you sent it back as they say its a software problem not a printer problem. Does not work at all well with Mac I am constantly having to lug it to another room to do a software update. Takes forever to print a document and then gives up half way through. When I first rang Epson they said I could return it then gave me the wrong return number. When I rang back they said I couldn't return it. Very poor customer service from Epson in my view. I can't complain about the Printerland team. I've had my eye on one of these Epson Eco-tank printers for a while. Nothing wrong with the one's I have, but the Space 1999 look of the them, and the claim of 5000+ pages per ink fill was attractive. I was going to buy the the one with the scanner, but went for this model instead. Straightforward and easy to set up. You have to buy a USB cable for it. One bad point is the full ink level dropped to three quarters after printing off just 18 pages of car insurance policy.
We wanted an A3 printer and we wanted to get rid of exorbitant ink cartridge costs of Canon. We were also annoyed at the built in redundancy of our canon printer with its inability to clean out its waste ink collector. The Epson Eco Tank 15000 meets all out needs. Printing is fast and very clear. Ink use so far is negligible. Scanning is slow and took us time to work out how to get the computer to control it, but it works. The automatic document feed has so far defeated us and we have yet to email it things to print. It seems to have to potential to do some good artistic printing - promises to come.
Pros: Early days in my use of this printer but longer term the eco ink tanks should prove much more economical than my previous cartridge printer. Automatic double side printing & A3 print size both very good points.Cons: Struggled initially to get my laptop to connect via WiFi with the printer but now sorted. Problem probably more to do with the age of my laptop than the printer.
Bought this having read various reviews have to say the service from printer land excellent- can t say the same for this printer thoughIt s print quality on standard setting is nothing short of abysmal if printing a lot of pages the printer shuts down after about 10-15 pages when you then reprint it forgets all your selected printer settings.If you have ages to spend on constantly setting the printer up accept substandard print quality all the time tgen this is the printer for you Avoid this and look at something other than this model. Highly recommend printer land though.
