MSR WhisperLite International Stove

The MSR WhisperLite International Stove is a multi-fuel stove for camping and trekking, designed on the basis of almost twenty years of use in the field and refined to offer maximum reliability on your outdoor adventures all over the world. This versatile multi-fuel model runs on white gas, paraffin and unleaded automotive petrol, making it a great choice both for long international travel and as an essential item in emergency preparedness kits. Its construction features legs in stainless steel stamped in one piece, a solution that considerably increases the stability of the cooking surface and makes cleaning simpler, while also reducing the overall weight of your gear. With a minimum weight of just 318 g (packaged weight 423 g) and extremely compact dimensions of 15 x 10 x 10 cm, the stove folds down easily to stow inside most MSR pots, saving space in your backpack. Maintenance right in the field is quick and immediate thanks to the self-cleaning Shaker Jet technology, which ensures consistent operation even in the most demanding conditions. In terms of energy performance, the stove offers boil times for 1 litre of water of 3.5 minutes with white gas and 4.4 minutes with paraffin. Its fuel efficiency gives a burn time of around 110 minutes with 600 ml of white gas and up to 155 minutes with 600 ml of paraffin, bringing to the boil 4.4 litres of water per 100 ml of white gas (1.3 litres per ounce) and 5.3 litres of water per 100 ml of paraffin (1.6 litres per ounce) respectively. The complete set includes the liquid fuel pump, a windscreen, a heat reflector, a small-parts kit for repairs, the instructions for use and a handy storage bag for carrying (fuel bottle not included).
