I have a 42" chest and 32" waist, this jacket fits snugly and allows full movement still. The pockets are huge and can easily fit phone, keys, wallet, power bank, gloves etc etc.

I love this jacket. It's warm, fits well (Medium, on a 158 lb. 5'8" frame), is durable, and was priced right. Montane is a maker of great jackets, and I'm glad I finally found one that is both functional and affordable. My only negative comment is that now that Spring has arrived in Missouri, I won't be able to wear it for several more months!
