Love the scent, smells so much like real butterscotch it makes me hungry! I normally use this along with the color treatment shampoo as my hair is mildly color treated ( I have naturally dark hair, almost black with subtle balayage). Always leaves my hair soft and shiny, helps detangle my thick hair which is always nice.

I didn't care for the scent of this product. After shampooing and conditioning my hair kind of smelled like a wet dog. I did leave my hair shiny and filled with moisture. Indiana weather and keeping up with my auburn color is starting to dry my hair out. I also used this on my daughter that has curling hair and it really made her curls pop out and look shiny less frizzy and hydrated. I love that the packaging is made from recycled products very affordable just not perfect for my hair #gifted

I can strongly say that out of all the salon recommended products I've used, these are by far the best and most effective. My hair has never been more soft and smooth in my entire life. This product does not do the job! I've bought cheaper products that do a better than this. No shine, no softness, no moisture. Its super disappointing, don't waste your money.
This conditioner is a great product for my dry natural curly hair. Apply it after shampooing and leave it in for 5 minutes or more. It provides my hair with much needed moisture especially in the cold weather.
This is one of my favorite conditioners. I have fine coloured hair which can cause me to have dry ends. I use the Milk Shake Energizing Blend Shampoo and follow with this conditioner. It does not weight my hair down and my hair looks full and soft. Great result!
This conditioner is highly moisturising for my curly hair. I've tried Clever Curl conditioner but found it drying. Milkshake conditioner instantly added bounce and hydration to my fine curly hair. I will definitely keep buying it!
I ordered this and the matching shampoo. I love the shampoo! The smell is amazing and I would definitely buy again, however, the conditioner is so thick and sticky that it is hard to spread throughout my hair. It also has a strong chemical smell which is concerning. I am disappointed. I would like to try a different conditioner, but am worried that it will be a similar experience.
Not good. Beware!! They make you pay for returning any products. Better to buy from Amazon which carries their products. Cost me $26.00 to ship back shampoo!!
I got recommended this by a hairdresser and was very apprehensive because of the price. I've used it for 5 washes so far and I definitely think it's worth it. I saw a difference after the first wash, And the price difference isn't as bad as I first thought. Grocery store conditioner I always needed a whole palm-full to fully condition my hair, with this one pump is enough for all my hair.
