I bought this product for my poor dad who just lost his wife on the 20/11/2021. Dad is 80 and has had a lot of trouble turning the laundry taps on. He meant to get it done for his wife before she died. So my husband and I drove down to install this for him. We are delighted at how great this product turned out and how much this meant to our dad.

So far so good. They look great. I got them to replace a different brand set which only lasted a month. I have not had any problems with these ones.

This product functioned correctly in the end but was very problematic to install and required purchase of extra parts to use (beyond the necessary tap handles).Firstly, it is not very deep (far less deep than the previous taps I was replacing), so if you have thicker tiles on your wall it may not be able to reach the plumbing socket, which is the issue I experienced. I had to purchase flatter flanges (tap bases) just so it could reach, as the ones it came with were too deep, meaning it could not connect with the socket.Second, the tap at the top, to which the washing machine connects, needs to be aligned vertically but because the whole body of the unit rotates when screwing them in it is very difficult to get it to mount in a completely upright position. I noticed there were two fibre washers provided for each tap (four total), I assume this was to allow for a bit of extra offset and get the alignment correct but I found that three washers were actually needed, so had to purchase extra.All-in-all, a very difficult installation, but it worked in the end, so gets two stars instead of one.
Easy installation and works a charm. For those that are unaware, to make sure they face the correct direction but are tightly done up, score the thread (hacksaw blade) and wind on lots of teflon tape (pink is best) to ensure they are tight no matter which direction you want them to face.
