Condition of keyboard is as indicated, 9/10. It is a viable replacement for Microsoft surface pro 7 and below since this keyboard is no longer available.Item received working smoothly with my surface device.

Great keyboard/pen combination.

Great keyboard with good look and feel. For a "laptop" keyboard the key touch and action are very good. Love the pen and charger system. The pen surprised me. It has a nice feel for a flat/slim stylus. I was surprised at its smoothness on the screen. This may not seem important, but I have an iPad in a case with a pen holder and I can insert the pen into the charging slot incorrectly and it won't charge. The Slim Pen flips to the correct charging side when you drop it in the charging slot so it will always charge.

Great replacement with keys to adjust volume

The black type cover I got with my Surface Pro 3 worked great for a while but after years of much use (and many crumbs--it was on the kitchen table) some keys didn't respond well anymore. I'm a fast typist and found this so annoying I decided to replace the keyboard since the tablet still works perfectly. I'd have gotten a black one but on close inspection found that this one had keys for adjusting the volume where the black one didn't. Although that can be done via a tab on the side of the computer, being so light weight I need two hands, one to steady it and one to change the volume. I disliked that from the start and am delighted to now be able to do it via a keystroke. The keyboard fits perfectly and does the job so I can type fast again. Worth the money.

Great type cover

I tried both Surface Pro 4 type cover and Signature type cover at a store. While the typing is very similar on Pro 4 and Alcantara covers, Alcantara type cover still seems to have more firmness and less flex due to the additional layer of fabric, it also looks and feels nice, and the new colours are great. Highly recommend.

Happy with my purchase

This was actually a gift for my boyfriend, his laptop is unreliable for school work and I myself have had a Microsoft surface for two years now and it is by far the best laptop I have ever used for my school work. I purchased one for him so that he would have his own instead if having to ask to use my laptop all the time. These laptops are pricey but I believe it is well worth the price. It is simple to find protective covers and screen protectors for it as well.

Nice and recommended esp if you can get it for a good price

Nice keyboard - it has a soft and smooth surface. The typing feel was nice too given it's so thin. It is comfortable for moderate typing sessions. The burgundy color is the best one in my opinion.

Nice fabric finish, good key travel

Coming from a MacBook Pro with virtually no key travel, it's refreshing to type on and has a good feel. Keys perhaps feel a bit plastic-y, but good overall.Backlight is great, although I'm sure I can detect a very high pitched whine at the edge of my hearing range. I'm sure most people won't even notice.I don't like that the 'click' is at the bottom of the trackpad and is rather noisy. I tend to use the 'tap' instead, but this sometimes can happen accidentally when typing. Again, coming from a MBP the trackpad feels a little small, but then I can touch the whole screen. On the whole a nice well spaced out keyboard that allows good typing speed. Perhaps a little pricey.

Nicest Type Cover Yet!

The glass touchpad, even though I'm not a huge fan of touchpads, is quite nice. Great tactile feel and response. Keys seem to press a lot deeper, which has a nice feel to it. The only complaint I have is the lack of additional keys, but I understand how hard that is to do on such a small layout. Overall, good purchase.

Signature Sollutions

Sleek, stylish, and about ten times better than the original type cover. There's no doubt you're hitting the right button on the trackpad and it's responsive. There's more utility keys like the context menu button. It's phenomenal.
