I walked into a Michael Kors shop just to browse, and when I saw this Ava bag I stopped dead. It was totally perfect, except for the colors they had at the store. They had it in black, but I already had a black bag purse. When I saw this color online, it wasn’t exactly the color I would have thought I’d like, but it grew on me each day I looked. I finally got it, and I’m so glad I did.It’s obvious this purse is super cute and simply timeless, but combined with the color makes it perfect for any occasion. I bought this bag in soft pink a couple of weeks ago. I was excited that it arrived in a timely fashion. Once I got all of the wrapping off, adjusted the strap and came back to the website to purchase another bag, I realized that this is NOT the bag I received! I've never had a problem not getting what I ordered. I'm extremely disappointed.

I would have liked the purse to be a little bit bigger so I could fit my wallet inside, however I can live without putting my wallet in there (just a little inconvenient). Other than that the size is perfect. You can fit your cell phone and other personal items perfectly and still have room for anything else. I mostly carry my cell phone which has a case on it, hand sanitizer, car keys and a small coin purse. The reason I took off one star off is because the clasp, it is rather annoying when you try to close it. It is magnetic, however you have to fiddle with it in order to make sure it closes properly. Got this purse for my daughters Sweet 16 gift...the bag is beautiful...however...no “dust bag”?? This is why we all order directly from Michael Kors, it’s the experience of buying from a luxury brand, it’s the care that goes into the purchase and product. Purse came in a standard box with packing around the purse...nothing special. Called customer service and they said this bag doesn’t come with the Dust Bag...I guess in that case...why just buy the purse from a discount store like Marshals!I was really excited for my daughter to have the full experience. Not only that...the bag is how you protect the bag for years to come. Yes, I recommend the product because the purse again is beautiful, but, be aware your not getting the typical care you get with other products.
This bag looks nothing like what they advertise. I ordered the moss color and loved the way it looked online. I was so excited to receive it and when I did I was so disappointed. The color looks nothing like it does online. The color is not as vibrant or pretty like I thought it would. The color on mine is lighter or more like a forest green. I'm bummed because I liked the color it was showing online but I guess you get what you pay for.
I pursed the bag two weeks ago. I like the color and style very much. But I didn’t give five stars because the bag is smaller than the size posted on MK website. The real lengthIs only 7.25 inches and the bottom is not as wide as 3 inches. I am unsatisfied with that because it is actually much smaller. I read the description carefully before I bought it. If the size could be the same as described, the bag would be perfect.
Have this cutie in a soft pink colour. It fits literally everything! Yes, it is small but it fits the phone, keys, car key, lipstick, napkins, linear, small wallet and sometimes sunglasses. My the most often choice to go out with! It works well in summer as well as on winter outfits. Absolutely love her
This bag is amazing. It is so tiny though. Not an every day bag but if you buy it with the right intention which is for special ocassions than it's perfect. Special occasions where you only need your phone/card slot wallet/small make up pouch that is. I would purchase this again. I love the blush pink. true to color and super feminine. My daughters name is Ava too so it was a no brainer for me. If you don't like small bags PASS.
I bought this purse specifically for a cruise. I wanted a small crossbody that would hold the sail pass and not be too bulky. This purse, which is so cute, is actually more roomy than I expected. My phone easily fits in it and could also add wipes, lipstick, tissues, etc. I love the little inside pocket for the sail pass. It also has an outside pocket but not sure what that could be used for. The purse is kind of stiff, which makes the outside pocket difficult to use. Although the little handle is very cute, it looked a little sloppy when using the crossbody strap. Also the very large MK looked “chintzy” to me but it was easy to remove. Overall this is just what I was looking for.
I purchased this handbag in moss green and received a 2nd hand used handbag. The handbag was just thrown into shipping box with no price tag, no protection for the leather and the strap was just crammed inside the purse. Very disappointed because I purchased 2 other colors of the same handbag, they came new. Looking forward to the long back n forth on the return.
