The set includes 4 pins which can securely hold 2 or 4 MAXTRAX, 4 stainless steel Nylock nuts and 4 flat stainless steel washers. There's a hole in the top of each mounting pin for a padlock.

A truly great brand that makes fantastic board but the pins don’t work on all roof racks such as the SRB amplimesh flat platform.

Easy to install. Especially if you have a tub rack.Doggo can still get his head out to do what they do and its more shade for him.Tuff pins and easy to use and lock. I'd recommend that if your only gunna need 1 set then get the shorter ones .. the longer ones stick out a bit with only 2 trax, 4 would be great. My choice for times you wanna take 4 with you. 2 still fit the longer ones and work fine.Great gear
The mounting pins are a quality piece of gear, they are built really well and will securely hold your maxtrax. I would recommend the mounting pins.
Simple effective design, sturdy stainless steel hardware is a bonus for corrosion resistance.Easy to install and use, if you get your measurements exactly as per the instructions.
Great set up for maxtrax mounting. Very sturdy and sleek design and they produce no rattles on the roof racks when driving. The ability to lock the tracks down with a small padlock makes them secure when camping or parking in towns. Only one small criticism; the pack needs more explicit mounting instructions with them. Had to google instructions and cross reference with different 4WD forums to find the best way to fit them.
You get what you pay for, and that is certainly the case with MaxTrax products. Long lasting, hard wearing and fit for purpose. These bad boys making loading, securing and unloading your MaxTarx to your vehicle a breeze. Simple and easy to use.
Good sturdy mounts, although perhaps a little too stiff to unlock. Easy to use and allow maxtrax to be mounted in many places. Bolts are quite long and protrude a fair way into my ute toolbox.
