Bought this as I wanted a neat compact for my handbag for touch ups throughout the day. Wasn’t expecting much from it but OMG. I have repurchased already. The best foundation I’ve ever used. I have quite textured skin in that I have large pores, am in my mid 30s and it just makes my skin look absolutely flawless. Get rid of the sponge that comes with it and use a large kabuki brush and you’ll not be disappointed. Love, love love.

I had used this foundation for 8 years, it was fantastic - good coverage but not cakey, matte yet dewy and the colour was perfect. About 2 years ago the started selling a really runny version, took it off the shelves and released a statement saying that there was an issue with overheating in the factory which led to the formula becoming runny BUT said that they would get the original formula back on shelves within six months. When they finally did start selling it again, it was NOT the original formula at all, it was and still is a horrible cakey, claylike formula that magnifies creases and pores and the colour has changed. I can’t understand what made maxfaxtor do this? I’ve used max factor since my early 20s so 20years … I had to change from max factor liquid a few years ago to this beautiful product as my skin is dryer. Well i moisturise a lot anyway but foundation used to kind of react with my skin and it would get more dry (oh the joys of aging) but not this- this product is excellent. I wear it everyday and it covers my dark eyes too. So I wear blushing beige all over and apply with fingers (I don’t bother with sponge) under eyes it’s pearl beige then I just use some blusher and mascara , a little lipstick and done. I have been using max factor for more than 6 years. The old formula had always been natural, long lasting and with good coverage of blemish. However, the first revolution changed the foundation to a liquid formula and now to a solid form but with other added ingredients. These two new formulas make the foundation no longer long lasting and become so cakey and oily. I tried ways to remedy the problem and continued to fail. I am now stepping out of this product until one day the old formula is bringing back. Hope one day you can hear what customer says!
I have used many foundations and like most find it difficult to find the right one. The colour match is pretty good, I have quite fair skin but often use a light fake tan I went with warm almond shade. My issue with this foundation is that you have to use alot to get an all over full coverage, it's also oily, for me I don't like how it feels on my skin. It transfers easy also if you touch your face you will have foundation on your hands for example. It also doesn't last, especially if it's a warm day or working out at the gym or something, you will have to reapply. If you have spots or freckles you wish to cover this isn't for you. I will not buy this again and wouldn't recommend.
I love this as it's very simple and quick to use with the sponge applicator in its base. It glides on effortlessly, blends well, and suits my skin tone perfectly. I bought 3 in bulk as I was afraid it's being taken out of circulation and I really, really don't want to have to go back to using a brush to apply my foundation; this suits me so much better. Boots - please keep this!
I got this last week. Used two times now. This is the best product it seems for me. I have problem skin with acne and spots. I was looking for something like cc cream for regular use. With the pricy cc cream I opted for this. I am a regular user of maxx factor infinity foundation. But this is a magic. Literally a small touchup is enough. But as expected a bit dry which is the true essence of it in fact . Make sure your face is well hydrated.

No worries, when in contact with the skin, the product is not greasy, it feels like it melts slightly under your fingers and blends perfectly with the complexion. The foundation coverage is excellent without much product and smooths on without looking like you have foundation on.
