Colour looks ALMOST light grey in person. Instructions are confusing and does not say when purchasing you need an electric drill to drill bed slats. Don’t lose bolts because they don’t give extra. Bed slats are VERY thin and not sturdy. Bed is good looking but bed head is shorter than expected.

Woeful quality – Spare yourself a hassle and do not buy!! If I could award no stars, I would. Definitely not represented accurately by the description or ratings present on the website. This is not a luxury item. It is not even an average quality item. It is worse quality than the cheapest item on the floor in Fantastic Furniture. I would not pay $40 for this item! The fabric of this bed is extremely poor quality polyester; it has a terrible odour. The back of the bed is hollow – the space at the bed head is used as storage when the bed is sent and storage space is covered by a piece of rough polyester and velcro. The bed is extremely light and not well-made. It is nothing like the images nor the description – beware!Luxo Living were not interested in my assessment ... MoreWoeful quality – Spare yourself a hassle and do not buy!! I am a regional customer and despite their claims of customer satisfaction I had to book the return shipping myself without any assistance and at my own expense, which proved extremely difficult and too expensive to bother with As I was supposed to take the item back to a shipping yard in my car. Simply not an option. I spared myself any further drama and ask the Salvation Army to pick up this bed in its packaging as it is the most flimsy, poorly and cheaply constructed piece of furniture I have ever wasted my money on. This is not a quality piece of furniture; it would not even do as an infrequently used spare bed. It will not support daily use by an average size person. Furthermore, the odour from the fabric suggest that toxic chemicals are used in its fabrication and I would avoid having these around children. DO NOT BUY!

I’m 34 weeks pregnant with a one year old paid for premium delivery which states there would be two men and they would carry it into room of choice. When it arrived there was only one man and his maybe 7 year old daughter tagging along with him, he said he wasn’t even allowed to bring it inside the door. So I had to try and carry it up our apartment stairs. Not only that the company will not provide a full refund for delivery. And they took a week to get back to me via email (don’t even bother calling the customer service number) And to top it all off there was missing screws so the bed is wobbly and definitely isn’t made of quality materials. DO NOT RECOMMEND
