Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of Lush. However, this product was a bit disappointing due to price and the overall result. The price point is rather high for a product from Lush, but I wanted to give it a try. I took home a sample and used it for a week, and while I didn't notice any major improvements, I did feel that the eye area was more hydrated. I purchased the full-size hoping that it would make a noticeable different over time, but it did not. I felt that my eye area looked a bit more plush and hydrated but it didn't do anything for my fine lines (and I'm only twenty four). On the plus side, I enjoyed the light scent and liked that it soaked into my skin after a few minutes. I didn't find it to be greasy like most eye products I've tried. If it weren't so expensive, I would continue to purchase this as a moisturizer simply for the hydration. Unfortunately, I won't be buying it again.

Don't love it. Don't hate it. I don't use this as a eye cream because the formula is too simple and does not satisfy my needs. I use this one as a general face moisturizer. As a face moisturizer, this one is very reasonably priced (comparing to most of my other higher end products), feels light enough to use in the morning (it will leave a healthy sheen on the skin but nothing too greasy looking, definitely not matte or oil controlling though), and hydrating enough to use in the night, behaves well on top of other skin care products (i.e. serums, beauty oils, acne gels etc.), which is a huge plus. It has a milky lotion like texture, a bit runny, but not exactly fluid. It has a very, very subtle scent (that I don't like) that will vanish in 3 min max. It doesn't ... MoreDon't love it. It doesn't absorb as readily as I'm used to with the higher end products, but it will absorb, in time - this is actually why I don't like to use this in the mornings, I don't have the time to wait for it to be absorbed completely before I put on my makeup. I use 1~2 pumps on my entire face and neck. This also doesn't last as long as the other Lush face creams. This is not a "a little goes a long way product", well, not for me, but then, I'm not using it as a eye cream, I imagin this will last literal ages as eye cream. I would recommend this to people with sensitive skin or of younger age groups, like, under 25, because this really is just a nice and simple moisturizer. Nothing special to it, does nothing other than moisturize your skin. It's not even something like a hydration boost. Just, very, very basic moisturizing. I keep repurchasing this one for the sole reason that this is simple and does not irritate my skin at all. Do not have irrational hope for what it will do. It probably won't do it. Like, just read the ingredient list. Skin care is not magic. Overall, very nice face moisturizer, well priced, hydrating and gentle, light yet at the same time not readily absorbed (which is so weird), perfect when your skin is freaking out and you don't want to further iritate it, not ideal if you are counting on it to perform miracles like brightening, tightening or any kind of antiaging in general. This is a very simple moisturizer, and I will keep repurchasing this for this reason. I don't know and I don't understand how people see the results they see with this product. I'm guessing placebo. Don't get your hope up and you won't be disappointed.

A little goes a long way with this product. I personally don't like applying products to my face with my bare hands. I could have other creams or products on them that will transfer to delicate areas such as the skin surrounding your eyes. I have a condition called Lichen Simplex and the harsh Canadian winter reaps havoc on my skin. I continue to search for product that eliminated prescribed corticosteroids and try to use natural products or keep flare ups at bay. I have been applying the Enchanted Eye Cream with a cotton swab for 2 weeks now and I am extremely happy to say that the need to use prescribed steroid creams have been eliminated. This is a staple product of mine at the moment. It's nourishing and soothing with great ingredients. I have noticed a difference in my under eye area after using this, but you have to use it consistently to see results. Myunder eye area just feels/looks less tired, more hydrated and a little smoother. I also use this sparingly on any dry patches, like around my nose and it definitely helps there. Another thing I do with this often (because of it's light texture) is use it to dilute foundations. A drop or two of it really helps to thin/sheer out a foundation just enough. It helps to make foundations that are too heavy/thick/cloying more comfortable and wearable. So, overall, I really like this, the only downside is that it's pricey, but if it's in your budget, give ... MoreThis is a staple product of mine at the moment. Excellent Eye Cream

I first received a sample for this and used it for just under two weeks. I was so impressed - I ended up buying a bottle! I’ve used many different eye creams before this, drugstore, high street, designer, but this one actually works?? For how long it lasts and its effects, I believe that the price is reasonable. It’s been upgraded to (my) HOLY GRAIL status!!My eyes are very sensitive, and no other eye cream worked on me before until I used this. My eye bags became less noticeable, the fine lines are less obvious, and generally it helps me look more well rested than I actually am! It has a very light consistency, absorbs immediately and has no scent at all (which is nice). It keeps my eyes very moisturised without leaving it greasy.I didn’t expect this to work ... MoreI first received a sample for this and used it for just under two weeks. Haven't got to try the cream yet - the packaging is very bad

I think I would (and will...) love this cream, but only after I've emptied as much as will come out of the bottle into an empty jar - the dispenser doesn't work! I thought maybe because it's new, you sometimes have to keep pressing the top of dispenser bottles like this to get that initial bit out, but I've now been trying for a solid five minutes and can only conclude that it's broken - luckily the top screws off so I'll be able to salvage some of it. Very disappointing, especially considering the price. And the bottle's not eligible for the bring-5-black-pots-back-and-get-a-mask scheme either. The only positive I can say about it is that at least I can take it back to the shop after I've emptied it and they'll recycle it (I asked when I bought it). Soothing for the delicate eye area
8 February 2021

This is soothing for the delicate eye area and I use it morning and night. I put only a tiny amount on in the morning and it works well as a base for the Lush Trix Stick, which I regularly use as an under-eye concealer. I put a little more on at night when it has time to sink in. I usually just buy something straightforward and plain for my eye area - this is a great replacement! I like that it is in a bottle that Lush will recycle along with their black pots. The dispenser will still have to be thrown away but less wastage than the usual small plastic tubes of other companies for this type of product. The price might seem expensive but when you take into account it is 45g, I think it is worth it as it lasts a long time and I feel it is good value compared to often ... MoreThis is soothing for the delicate eye area and I use it morning and night. Value for Money
23 April 2021

I've been using Enchanted for several years now, and I think I'm only on my second bottle. I base a lot of my opinions on Lush products on price point and value for money, because although I know they all contain natural, rich, good ingredients, I feel that I can justify the expense to myself more if I feel that I get a good amount of use out of a product. For a while, I thought Enchanted was out of my price range, but given the amount of time a bottle lasts, and the quality of the ingredients, I can highly recommend the investment. Although I am not a skincare expert, I don't like the idea of skimping on products for my eyes (because a) they're important! and b) the skin is very delicate) and so using a brand I can trust (like Lush) is important to me. One of my Lush skincare staples! :)

I bought this out of habit when I first started using Lush moisturisers as I’d always used a seperate eye cream before and kinda felt obliged to carry on doing so. At first I wasn’t convinced that it was worth the extra money as I worked my way through the different Lush moisturising creams looking for a match but after I got into a regular routine I really started to notice a difference around my eye area. As I’ve said in a previous moisturiser review I felt like I had to wean my skin off commercial face creams and get used to Lush’s natural products before I could see their benefits and it was the same scenario with Enchanted Eye Cream.
