Very satisfied with this product. Delivery was very fast only 3 days! Ordered it with a discount thanks to Lazada's mid-year sale that Friday and it arrived this Monday. The packaging was good, bubble wrapped and the product itself had no dents when I unpacked it. Opened the box and the keyboard is still pristine quality - clean and protected in plastic. As for the build quality, Logitech delivers as expected. Testing it, I am very satisfied with this keyboard. I liked the mech-dome touch, it has a feel of a membrane but a sound of a mechanical keyboard. The rollover exceeded my expectations and the RGB is always a neat treat. Thanks!

I've been using this keyboard for almost a month, and have had no issues so far. I was surprised by how quiet it is, the keys have a satisfying feel, but not as much as some more expensive keyboards I have tried in the past. The rgb backlighting is a little dim, but can be controlled easily with the software to be particular colors which is fun. Num lock and caps lock are a bit unclear since they have no backlighting on the labels - only a light on or off for each. The layout is full and standard, with nice media keys for playback, mute and volume. The wrist-rest is greatly appreciated. It wasn't a great value for the money, but its definitely met my expectations.

I am an editor, not a gamer. I needed a wired, backlit keyboard with 10-key, for $50 or less. This one filled the requirements perfectly.Easy to program backlight colors. I was afraid membrane keys would be feel mushy, but they click enough to be satisfying. My only complaint is the bright Number Lock light, but a little black tape fixed that problem.I’ve had nothing but luck with Logitech keyboards, and have already recommended this one to friends and family.

Though not a "gamer", I bought this keyboard because it combined both multimedia controls along with illuminated keys. The illumination can be turned on/off, and the Logitech software allows for customization of how the keys light up. I like that only the "letter" lights up, there is no glow around the base of the key. I do a lot of writing with the light dim around my desk, so the lighted keys make it easy to find the proper key "in the dark". There is a clacking sound which some might find distracting - others may like knowing that the key has been struck. My only complaint is that the palm rest is integral, and cannot be removed, so it does take up some desk space. All in all, quite happy.
It is my first experience with a Logitech keyboard and I am considering selling it after 24 hours:- it makes a lot of noise,- IT refuses to install the Logitech gaming app on my work laptop to stop this rainbow effect so I am stuck with it (there is a button on the keyboard but it regularly returns to this rainbow effect even when I select a color),- one key does not respond well and needs to be pressed hard,- the key travel is impressive when not used to it (after one day, I can feel my finger muscle being a bit tired to press buttons all way down).I came to see if these problems were caught by other customers in the comments and it seems that a significant number of customers are complaining about the same things...Positive:- it looks nice- it's heavy ... MoreIt is my first experience with a Logitech keyboard and I am considering selling it after 24 hours:- it makes a lot of noise,- IT refuses to install the Logitech gaming app on my work laptop to stop this rainbow effect so I am stuck with it (there is a button on the keyboard but it regularly returns to this rainbow effect even when I select a color),- one key does not respond well and needs to be pressed hard,- the key travel is impressive when not used to it (after one day, I can feel my finger muscle being a bit tired to press buttons all way down).I came to see if these problems were caught by other customers in the comments and it seems that a significant number of customers are complaining about the same things...Positive:- it looks nice- it's heavy (doesn't move at all, even when there's a large pad in the middle under it)- it looks really nice (bis)
Not a bad keyboard. It's comfortable to use, and the keys feel nice when typing. I can map the F numbers to various programs or create macros, which is important to me. I have two small gripes. The keys, when illuminated, look great when looking directly down, but sit back and relax so you are viewing the keyboard at an angle, and the lighting is uneven, making the letters and numbers look worn. For example, as i type, the 'T' key is bright on the top edges of the top bar of the 'T', the rest is darker. Changing colours and brightness doesn't help. Second gripe, the Num lock, Caps lock, Scroll lock, and Game mode indicator lights are a very bright white, too bright for my liking. Some dark cellophane, cut to size, has lessened the retinal burns.
I absolutely love it. The different color background keyboard is great to see all the keys lite up. Caps, Num lock, everything. On/Off button to turn lights off when not in use. A few keys click, otherwise quiet typing. Good product for the money. Having some issues with it stop typing. I can type in word document with no problem. Just here in reviews. I hope I don't have to return it. If it continues I will. Other than this it's very good.
My HP laptop keys started malfunctioning and I was unable to fix it at home. While I am not a gamer, I am an old guy who hammers the keys and felt that a keyboard made for gamers might withstand my heavy handedness. It is brand new so I have limited use on it, but I like the tactile nature of the keys. The wrist pad is very nice, too. I have included a picture. I suppose I am not the demographic Logitech has in mind (although I am a longtime, several model, fan of their mice) Having the keyboard where it is makes the screen the right distance away for me, too. My daughter will be jealous.
I wish I could like this keyboard, but it just fails its most basic job.The first G213 I got immediately had difficulties with OPKLNM/ buttons not working on the first hit, and often taking multiple tries to make them work. I brought it in for exchange (which The Source has always been awesome with!) and got a new one. It worked great for a bit, but now the ERTY keys on this one are doing the same thing! No food or debris is in it, it doesn't see rough or even daily use, and is only 4 months old!I love the lights in the keyboard - visible, but not distractingly bright. I like the feel of the keys, though they are way louder than they need to be.All in all, there are enough keyboards on the market, don't waste your time with this one - the inability to type ... MoreI wish I could like this keyboard, but it just fails its most basic job.The first G213 I got immediately had difficulties with OPKLNM/ buttons not working on the first hit, and often taking multiple tries to make them work. However, a couple issues mentioned in other reviews are definitely noteworthy. First, it squeals when colors are on. The brighter the color, the higher the squeal. As such, the default color-changing mode is intolerable, with its slowly pulsing screech. This DOES seem to be related to interference, likely from my cheap USB speaker/sub setup. Nonetheless, I would not have thought that buying a keyboard required any sort of checking to make sure the keyboard wouldn't scream like an angry cat. I don't actually care about the backlight, so I turned the light off and have it set to be very dim if I do turn it on periodically. Second, the caps/num/scroll/game-mode lock indicator lights are pointlessly bright. I did not even realize they had names under them until ... MoreHowever, a couple issues mentioned in other reviews are definitely noteworthy. First, it squeals when colors are on. Second, the caps/num/scroll/game-mode lock indicator lights are pointlessly bright. I did not even realize they had names under them until re-reading a review that mentioned it. It's like having a penlight staring you in the face for each one. I will be finding something to paint or cover those up to dim the brightness. Third, my own complaint - I wish that the F and J keys had slightly more pronounced bumps to indicate home row placement. But, I expect I'll adjust to that. Despite those complaints, this should work for my purposes - very light gaming and plenty of typing. It replaced a 12-year-old Saitek Eclipse that finally started to have a couple common keys seize up. The G213 is not particularly loud, there aren't a bunch of unnecessary keys added onto it, and everything is in its proper place. I hate typing on low-profile keyboards and mechanical is too loud for my tastes, so I was glad that Logitech still offers a non-mechanical full-height option.
