First, the "22-ft Reach" model is 19-ft long fully extended. The Reach value is confusing. I really like the ladder. It's much sturdier than a conventional extension ladder. And heavier. Its rated for a 300-lb person. I weigh 180 lbs and was comfortable on it. If I weighed 300 lbs I don't think I would be climbing a ladder very high. Unlike a long extension ladder, this stores nicely in a smaller space. The locks for the hinges and extensions click into place easily, and are solid. There are ins...

After looking & reading about different extension ladders, I finally decided on the Velocity. I am a 69 yr. old woman & I needed something lighter & easy 2 move around.I am painting the exterior 1st story of my home's sides (14-15 ft. up). The front & back were already done by someone else. I can roll the Velocity where I need to, and, it is pretty easy to set up & use. I am working off of concrete, so, I do not know how it would be on the ground.I am glad I decided on this ladder & it is working out fine for me. I was concerned about the weight, but, I can carry it outdoors & back in, again (no garage). I would recommend this ladder to anyone. Just always be very alert & careful.

This ladder went to work the minute I brought it home. Very easy to operate, feels nice and sturdy, and very adaptable. I feel like this investment will stick by my siide for many many years to come.

This is an excellent ladder. Very stable thanks to its wide stance. Although a bit heavy, it is very well made %26 extremely sturdy. A trustworthy ladder from a trustworthy company!
Every time I use this thing it never ceases to amaze me. The company really thought of everything and the stability is phenomenal. Hanging up Christmas lights, I was able to reach the gutters with ease, knock down some bees nests, use it on the stairs, and reach the top of multiple trees throughout the yard, simply by adjusting positions and heights. They really thought of everything. The one and only negative thing I can say is that it is heavy. But that probably has to do with why is so sturdy.
Little Giant ladder was worth every penny for high quality. Lighter in weight than most brands in that size, and it is extremely sturdy. Great ladder. Highly recommend.
The ladder received was dented and had paint splatters. Obviously used. What a hassle to wait, receive and return! No comment from Walmart regarding ineptness. My time is obviously not valued by Walmart.
Got my order cancelled TWICE (flagged as fraud even though the card was already on file for Walmart purchases, then cancelled again at the last minute because it was out of stock). I ordered 5 days in advance. Quite frankly, if an order for pickup gets processed for an item that is non-perishable, it should be immediately placed in the back to ensure the person purchasing the item actually gets their item or AT THE VERY LEAST they need to let the purchaser know way more than one hour in advance if the item is no longer in stock!!! We live one hour away and this was the only location that seemed to carry what we were looking for. While we were already on the way to pick this item up, it gets cancelled, of course, we didn't find out until we arrived. The ladder was ordered as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her husband. I purchased mine years ago when they were first introduced to the consumer. Great specialty ladder but a little heavy for quick, simple jobs. A neighbor recently purchased his, and I noticed some improvements. If you only have one ladder, get this one for its safety and versatility. I've been happy with mine and would recommend it to others.
