I've taken several probiotic brands for years and haven't noticed much difference. Read that a prebiotic would help my probiotic work by feeding the strains and helping them multiply. Didn't expect much change, but I was very surprised. After about 3 days, I noticed a big difference. Could tolerate eating cheese without a problem as before I used to have to take digestive enzyme or I'd be terribly uncomfortable. Also when I travel, I don't have to worry about having to stop at rest area to go, as product helps you go before you leave the house. Wish it wasn't too sweet, but sweetener is Xylitol which isn't bad like sugar. AB/NV

I purchased this to give to my children, and to take myself along with our probiotic. We are often told, that gut health is one of the first lines of defense against illness.
