Excellent product. We fill it with plain, natural yoghurt, stick it in the freezer then let our dog have it when the yoghurt has frozen. He loves it and it keeps him distracted for a good 15 minutes

Convenient way to feed raw

I have these for my beagles (as well as the UFO bowls). These are great again for feeding raw, with a much higher capacity if you’re feeding larger dogs. The wobbly nature of the bowl sees them move around unpredictably as the dogs lick their dinner up. They love them and they are used regularly here. The bowls go straight into the dishwasher so cleaning is a breeze

Good for meals and long lasting treats

Great way to keep food motivated dogs entertained. Easy to use for everyday breakfasts and dinners and can be frozen for even longer lasting meals or treats on a hot day. It's really easy to clean so doggy peanut butter is also a great option for something quick. Highly recommend.

Great for calming and keeping your dog busy!

Licking is supposed to be very calming for a dog, and this certainly keeps my hound busy. I fill it with wet dog food, or a small amount of dog friendly peanut butter, and then he either has it straight away, or if I want to keep him busier for longer, then I'll freeze the Lickimat in a large freezer bag. Takes him a while to finish it, and he likes to bring it to me afterwards to show me he's done. Easy to soak, and my dog is good at destroying things and he's had this for a while now and it's still in one piece.

Great for some dogs, sadly not mine so recommended with reservations

I would recommend this dog toy for any dog that doesn't chew hard. It's made of soft, bendable, thin rubber (so it can be turned inside out when filling, I don't see the need for this) and consequently my dog licked up all the (dog safe) peanut butter I'd put in it, then began to chew the rim off the toy before I could get it away from him. I would definitely buy something like this again but only if it was made in hard, less destructible plastic.

Great product to keep dogs happy and busy!

This bowl is great! It will keep your dog busy and entertained for a long time and is great for mental stimulation. You can use it with fresh food, or freeze it to give them an extra challenge. I use this to feed my puppy her wet food and it keeps her occupied for a long time and burns off some of her energy

Great product!

I tried the other flat type Lickimat for our puppy when she was under 5 months old. Since her baby teeth were so sharp, the little bumpy things didn't last for long. However this one is lasting longer probably because it is hard for our puppy to destroy while it's wobbling.

Snout licking good!

Dogs love the lick bowls. Unfortunately, I was not in the same room the entire time, and when one of my dogs was done with the peanut butter, she chewed the bowl to pieces. I still have one bowl and 3 lick mats, so all 4 of my dogs can have a treat. It’s great for anxiety lickers, and takes some time to get all their peanut butter, but now I know: Stay in the same room and remove them when done!

Uses the brain

I think this will be a good one. Dog has semi worked out how to lick it so it doesn't wobble away from him. He's a small dog. Certainly makes him think about it to get the treat so does exactly what I wanted to -keep his mind active.

“level 2” difficulty

I’d say this is a level 2 difficulty licki mat because of its shape. Unlike the flat ones that don’t move this one wobbles around and provides more mental stimulation. Added bonus you can put some liquid and treats for a frozen treat too. But on the other hand it is easier for the dog to pick up making it more bite-able and prone to damage.
