Lezyne Control Drive CO2

I had been carrying this unit in my seat bag since last year and finally hadoccasion to try it out. For so small a tool, it is everything they say it is. The15g threaded cartridge screws securely to the unit and it grips tightly on the valvestem. You can hold the unit on the valve while turning the knob to precisely meteout air to the tire maintaining control over how fast the tire inflates. No moreheart-in-mouth moments as compressed air zooms into your tire to the point ofbursting within seconds. I will be replacing all my old inflators with this one soeach bike has this unit. The price is worth the peace of mind knowing I wont burnthrough multiple cartridges before I get it right next time I flat. Best Co2 inflator

Co2 cartridges are the best thing to come along for cycling. They are a must have in any saddle bag or pack. What makes this better than the others is the ability for the cartridge to be pierced and then remain FULL if you don't empty it. Nothing worse than only having one or two cartridges and having to waste it by only using a little bit is silly. This setup lets you thread a cartridge, then use just what you need (Maybe you need to add a little air to an empty tube before putting it into the tire) and still the cartridge stays full, even a month of two later!! IMHO this makes this one of the best. Just found out by needing to top off a tire on the road and found my cartridge was already pierced from last use.. I thought I was hosed..but nope.. Great buy.

Compact, light and quality

This is the smallest CO2 kit i ever owned. Extremely compact and high quality craftsmanship. Suits perfectly as a safety pump for when I want to ride with minimal gear. Works as advertised, although some slightly larger models are easier to manipulate. Would definitely recommend this product for those looking for a light and compact pump.

Fits in a small space

Excellent product, fits in a small space and is lightweight.Fits perfectly in a small saddlebag. It has the advantage of being CO2 adjustable and includes an insulating jacket.

Great Inflation Control

I really like Lezyne products. Nice design and well manufactured. This is another hit. So far it works as intended with no problems. I love the air control valve. No more worrying about over inflating. Can't ask for more when fixing a flat. Bought three, one for me, my wife, and for my brother. All are happy with them.

Great purchase

Wanted a CO2 inflator with a regulator/valve. Unfortunately wasn't much to choose from that was still in stock but this one fits the requirements. Good quality and comes with a CO2 canister.

Small and efficient

A great little device. Although I have struggled when there is no initial air in the tube. This sounds ridiculous but I could only get it to work when I put a small amount of air in the tube from a pump to push against the valve (which is a pain having to carry a pump as well). The gas just removes the vigorous pumping stage.Furthermore the thin cover is not enough to keep you from freeze burn. I would strongly recommend a thicker case or using gloves!

Well Designed and Engineered

Had a chance to use this when I got a flat last week and I was really impressed with the product. I've never used a CO2 inflater before and kind of expected to lose lots of pressure but the Lezyne trigger worked wonderfully. The trigger sealed perfectly to the presto valve which never seems to happen with traditional pumps. No pressure was lost at all! The only problem I had was that towards the end of inflating the tube, the trigger became so cold that it pretty much froze up and stopped inflating. Next time I have to do this, I will stop halfway through inflating and let the trigger warm up and then continue. The 16g cartridge inflated a 700c x 23 tire perfectly, maybe not to full 110psi but very close. I didn't expect it to work as well as it did. It seals perfectly to the presto valve and is easy to control the pressure. It is very well made and only takes up as much room as absolutely necessary and is aesthetically pleasant as well. Very impressed and recommend every cyclist have one in his bag because a puncture is positively coming your way at some point.

Works perfectly

Having muddled through with a cheap mini pump that couldn't get enough pressure into the tubes, I decided to go with this CO2 inflator. I wasn't disappointed - having used it twice now, it is so simple to use and inflates tyres within seconds. Just place the inflator onto the valve and twist the dial. I was worried that CO2 would prove troublesome, particularly given the one-shot nature of cartridges, but if you realise the CO2 isn't going in you can easily close the dial and put the inflator on properly. 10/10
