Very easy to assemble. Looks great too! Couple of things to note: the corners are upholstered but very strong so good to have a decent amount of space around it. Also the drawers are on castors so it can be fiddly to get them to sit neatly in the base, especially the two end drawers. The drawers are a good size though so great for storage. Even with these things I do recommend this bed frame because it is well made, sturdy, looks good, well priced and Temple and Webster post so quickly.

Missing a few pieces upon arrival so waiting for customer support now... Like others, I agree that this is not a high quality product. Wooden slats are thin and no runners for the draws. You just push them in, so careful not to push them all the way under the bed. Overall, looks nice, does it's job.

This bed is described as Grey when it is actually a teal/blue colour, looks NOTHING like the picture. I would have sent back but too much trouble. Also delivery was awful, just left down in the street even though at checkout we ticked "do not leave". My first experience with Temple and Webster has not been great.

Save yourself the stress & don't buy from this company. The item is faulty & was missing parts. They finally sent the parts a week later. NO customer service. Then they reduced the bed down by $28.99, when I asked for the difference, they refused. So now I have a damaged bed more than what I can buy a new bed for. My deal was no help.

Does what it says on the box. Good solid bed, cannot fault it for the price. Do yourself a favour and have an electric drill handy to put this together. Can easily be done by one person, but it will take you a while, so put aside a few hours. The added storage space is a bonus to its simple but classically modern look. It sits a bit lower than my previous bed, but this might only be an issue for tall people who like a higher bed.

The frame came within a week. The instructions are easy to follow. Sturdy frame set and the material is standard ikea looking. The only downside to the product is the lack of structural mechanism for the drawers. It doesn't slide straight in or can be aligned without adjustment. There's nothing holding it in ola w so when you push it in place it could get out of line and look warped or too far in or too far to one side. Poor design around the storage compartment. Overall, great experience with the seller and speedy responses.

Worst online shopping experience ever... Agghh.. I admit, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I had multiple tabs open, made my decision to purchase, then went to the wrong browser tab and ordered a queen instead of a king. I realised less than 24 hours after making the mistake, so I rang MyDeal who said I had to ring the courier to cancel the delivery. I rang the courier, who had their own Australian local phone operators and they said "oh that's ok, we haven't even picked it up yet". Easy peasy. Or so I thought.. The courier told me that I couldn't cancel the delivery as I wasn't THEIR customer. Ok, makes sense. So I go back to MyDeal, who make me go through online chat to the supplier. The supplier, Sello Products only have overseas chat operators who understand next-to-nothing about the business they are supporting. I cannot even begin to describe how bad their customer service is. I assumed, that because the bed hadn't even been picked up yet, it would be an easy case of calling/chatting, requesting to upgrade to the bigger size, pay the difference and all done. I couldn't have been more wrong. What I went through over the next few days was a complete palava.. Their online chat supports solution? I had to wait until the BED is delivered, refuse delivery and have it sent back! How utterly ridiculous. It's a bed, not a tshirt people. I went through 2 days of back and forth ridiculous online chat, trying to get them to see sense. Their online chat tried to tell me it was too late, it had been picked up, when the courier (who could track it on their own system!) was telling me differently. In the end, it was clear that it hadn't been picked up and I managed to get the order cancelled, having to pay a $40 "restocking" fee. I would have been more than happy to exchange the order for the bigger size, but after what I went through with their incompetent customer support, I just wanted it to be over and cancelled. I would never recommend Sello Products or even MyDeal for that matter. I was so burned, I can't bring myself to order again. From anyone!

Cheap, and not worth it

I don’t recommend this product. The box was ripped on arrival. When putting it together, the screws to attach the drawer fronts to the drawer box were too short. It took 3 goes via the Myer customer service centre and over 3 weeks to get the correct screws, which arrived today. I included a description of the issue and photos but the supplier didn’t seem to understand the issue. The “storage drawers” are not drawers, rather they are boxes on casters that fit into a hole on the base boards of the bed. I expected that they would be proper drawers. This was not described at all and there were no photos. I would not have purchased the bed had I known this as it looks cheap. Great looking product.

Great looking productThe bed frame itself is easy to assemble. However the drawers, were the ones that took a long time to screw on as it came in a flatpack. This was nexessary for me though as I needed the extra storage space. The overall look of the bed frame with the tufted headboard is pretty.

Sturdy, Good looking Bed

This is a really nice looking bed frame with a tufted headboard and three useful drawers. In my experience it has been the easiest piece of furniture to put together with minimalistic instructions and a bunch of bare minimum tools (most supplied). The frame is surprisingly strong and sturdy to my reckoning. Most parts of the bed are well designed including things like rounded edges in case you are putting this in a tight bedroom. If there is any room for improvement it would be the design of the drawers which don’t seem to be very well aligned, particularly the ones on the footboard. There is a fair bit of room for improvement on that front. Really happy with my purchase.
