This tablet is good in places and disappointing in others. The positives are that it feels beautifully made, the battery life is good and the screen is vibrant and highly detailed. It's a perfect size for reading the paper and the tablet is light enough to hold for hours. It looks great. I love the 'extra dim' mode for reading in the dark.On the disappointing front, even with the screen running at 120hz, scrolling is jumpy. It's never buttery smooth like my OnePlus8 phone which is only running at 90hz. The light sensor to change the brightness of the screen is all over the place; I've had to switch it off.I've had internet connection issues where the wi-fi runs at dial-up speeds, even though my other devices are all getting 50mbs.There is a bar with program ... It shows a few apps that I never use and then my three most recent apps. There seems to be no way to customise this, or if there is, it is difficult to find.

All in all, it’s a great tablet. Screen is great, sound is great and it’s brilliant value for money. Glides from app to app very smoothly and is quick to load websites. Haven’t used the keyboard or pen yet. Only reasons it doesn’t get 5 stars in because it’s a bit of an odd shape. Landscape is great but when you rotate to portrait it just feels odd, very tall and narrow. Only other slight issue swiping from the bottom to see what apps are open etc, can be a bit tempremental for me but I probably just need to get used to it. Well worth the money and glad I didn’t spend over £1000 on an iPad.

The P11 Gen 2 is a decent all-around tablet. For the price, it's excellent. It's fantastic for media consumption, and decent for note-taking and other productivity tasks. Where it lacks is software features and updates. The biggest complaint I have is that Lenovo has some quirky implementation of Android, which does not allow you to remove the taskbar. Additionally, you have to swipe down on separate sides of the screen to see notifications and the quick access menu, which is just strange. Software is a bit behind, as this tablet is still on Android 12, which is almost 2 gens old at this point. Beyond these slight flaws, this is an excellent tablet.

Gave this tablet a good chance for about a week but I couldn't recommend it. The hardware is amazing from the brightness, the colors of the display, HDR support, great speakers and 120hz display. But where this tablet dies is the software. Even after numerous factory resets, the settings app of all apps crashes the whole UI. Can't get to the Bluetooth settings to connect any other device. Promises android 12L but only seems to update to android 12. Maybe in a years time or so when they work things out it might the a good choice but right now, the software just kills the tablet for me.
I purchased the higher tier, which includes the keyboard and pen. Lenovo keyboards are known for their high quality. The pen works perfectly. The combination is an excellent productivity arrangement. The tablet is quick, and applications operate well. The screen is bright, and watching films is a pleasurable experience when paired with the excellent quad speakers.I wish the covers were magnetic, as they are on some other Lenovo products, and that the trackpad was bigger.Recommended.
Hey Now, I bought this to replace an older Samsung Galaxy tablet that I had for several years which had a cracked screen and I lost on a Delta flight.I use it for reading, surfing the web, videos from airline streeaming whilst on a plane, and checking stocks during the day. It is a bit longer, so it has a bigger screen which is nice. It is also a bit heavier which I was not expecting. The video is pretty good, almost as good as the Samsung, almost. It is wicked fast! I like the swiping navigation and I also like the Productivity Mode - I have been using that mode a lot, very cool to have multiple windows open - like reading stuff and having stocks updating on the side. Audio is pretty good, I usually have headphones on when listening to You Tube or movies. All in ... It does not have compass/gyro sensors so cannot use ISS Locator and some other photo ephemeris apps on it. I would recommend this Tablet.
I purchased the Tab P11 (Gen 2) - Storm Grey in November 2022 to use to take notes during medical school. I did a ton of research, and it seemed like a good, well-priced option. I even purchased the Precision Pen 2 to optimize performance.Together they worked pretty well, but they weren't responsive enough for me to take handwritten notes. I did enjoy the tab for browsing the internet and found it super usable for less processing-heavy functions! Unfortunately, it didn't meet the primary reason I purchased it, so I had to return the pen and the tab.And here.... here my friends is where the problems began. Lenovo completely butchered the return, they only sent me back the money for the precision pen, and my dispute to get the $250 I paid for the tab (I purchased ... Lenovo completely butchered the return, they only sent me back the money for the precision pen, and my dispute to get the $250 I paid for the tab (I purchased during the black Friday Sale) is still open when I write this 6 months later. I have contacted their returns team at least 5 times on this, and it still has not been processed.I have loved Lenovo products for years, and honestly think for the price point this is a pretty good tablet. But just be aware that if you do need to return an item you likely won't get your money back. I would purchase from a secondary seller to protect yourself.
I use the Tab P11 for reviewing email, web browsing, some standalone apps, and light media consumption like Netflix, Tablo, and Amazon Prime video. This tablet works great for most of these tasks. Web browsing is quick and with delay. I have not experienced any issues streaming content from various sources and the display is very bright and clear. However there are some apps that work that work perfectly on my Android phone that don't work properly on this tablet. One app is the Wyze app that I use all the time to monitor cameras and other IOT devices. This app is not in the play store from Lenovo, but I side loaded it and found that it does work OK in portrait mode but not in landscape. I also had problems with the Tapo app. I hope that these issues will be ... Solid device. Just got itSo far shortcomings. No fingerprint readerNo magnetic holder for smart pen (that I have found so far)No widgets available (version of Android issue?)Problems with display auto rotate. If you change orientation the device reboots. Seems to lock in on portrait mode.Productivity mode a little confusing. Locks into portrait orientation. Seems pretty cool though. Some apps cannot go full screen. Android form factor problem? Have to play with this.StrengthsKeyboard is niceConstruction is high qualitySeems to be pretty speedy. Have not stressed it yet.Not much bloatware includedNice display
I solved many of the problems identified in 1st impressions review Solid device. Shortcomings. No fingerprint reader No magnetic holder for smart pen (that I have found so far).Problems with display auto rotate in previous review were caused by something restored from Pixel 7 pro during initial setup. Factory reset and did not do a restore and all problems were solved. Seems pretty cool. Strengths Keyboard is nice Construction is high quality Seems to be pretty speedy. Good battery life. Have not stressed it yet. Not much bloatware included Nice display
