This is a pretty good tablet who think something 8" or larger is too big for their needs and yet needs something larger than the largest phone screens. I have an 8" tablet and sometimes it feels bulky when I take it out to places like during traveling or at a restaurant while eating. There's very minimal bloatware so it doesn't feel like anything that is installed is taking up a lot of space. And I'm actually using their entertainment center app, which combines any such entertainment apps (Amazon Video, YouTube, Movies Anywhere, etc.) into one spot to make it easier to view your content from. I didn't give it a full five stars because this tablet doesn't appear to be compatible with ANT+ apps, or apps that connect to health devices like your fitness watch or heart ... MoreThis is a pretty good tablet who think something 8" or larger is too big for their needs and yet needs something larger than the largest phone screens. It said the Garmin Connect app wasn't compatible and I was looking forward to using it with my Smart Watch. Other than that, it is a great little tablet that suits my daily needs, has one of the later versions of Android, is pretty fast. Screen resolution is good although I'm finding some services (YouTube specifically) are downgrading video quality to 720p or lower for watching movies or shows. It does look good when the service you're watching content through offers HD/UHD quality despite screen size. Recommended.

Bought 3 tablets at christmas time for the children. Each tablet struggles to even run the kids play center let alone the game on it. Now 7 months later, 1 tablet doesn't work because it no longer charges no matter what cable you use, another only has audio playing through the earpiece speaker so its nearly impossible to hear and I'm just waiting for the last one to break. If you purchase these as a cheap tablet, thats exactly what you are going to get. Hold onto your receipt for warrant purposes because you will undoubtedly need it. Overall if you go in expecting a cheap tablet (Which it is compared to others on the market) you wont be disappointed. The sound is by Dolby Audio and is incredible! The graphics are great for watching movies and playing high visual games etc. Camera works great even in lowlight conditions. It's perfect size for single handed use, as well as big enough to use free standing for watching Netflix, Stan or YouTube. The storage is huge but does have a slot for expansion! The battery is brilliant, doesn't go flat quickly at all, even if the screen accidentally stays on for hours during a game! Lol! And the cost is by far, more than reasonable! I intend on purchasing another Lenovo tablet soon for my sister!

I got this small tablet just to do my online shopping and banking and just to browse the web because my very old tablet is running slow and not getting any security updates any more so now it's security risk. Anyway this new tablet was a breeze to setup transferring all my data from my old tablet to this new one by Bluetooth and as this tablet is running on Android 11 like my smartphone most of the apps was installed automatically and other data except for 4 or 5. Anyway when I tried to install the Very Littlewoods Barclaycard app and the biggest online retailer which I can't mention on here beginning with A from the play store a message come up saying YOUR DEVICE IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS APP on each one.??. So I updated all the new software and security updates as instructed and restarted the tablet and still I was getting the same message about the apps not being installed. Oh yeah and could not update Chrome too. Also the screen kept freezing every so often. Not fit for purpose. Returned.
Originally I bought an amazon fire kids edition for my 2 year old, after finding that it wasn't at all suitable for her as you cannot install any Google apps on them! I returned that one and purchased the lenova tab. So so glad I did! It is perfect for her and she cam easily use it, and youtube kids can be used on it, which it can't be on the amazon tabs! It came with a bumper case too so is protected from bumps and falls. Overall really happy with the purchase. Really wrll set out, nice and plain for my toddler to understand. Ypu can design a little avatar too which she loves! Also, came really fast and quicker than initially expected.
Upon receiving this, it did look a bit smaller than what we are typically use to but once we started using it, it was perfect for our 4 year old. I absolutely love the applications that are made available for my child to play and feel that they align with what I want to foster and develop. The parental controls while take some time to set up, are completely worth it and I am very satisfied with the ease of use after initial set up. I love that you can see how much time is spent on applications and that you can set up daily time limits and lock the tablet when limits are met, which sort of takes out the fight of telling him that he’s all done. I love that you can see how much time is spent on applications and that you can set up daily time limits and lock the tablet when limits are met, which sort of takes out the fight of telling him that he’s all done. We got my 4 year old This tablet after his insist use of using our phones for drawing, using the camera, timer, and other similar apps and this tablet with its applications has satisfied that need. He was easily able to navigate through the applications at ease without any help from us, after demonstrating to him the first time what the icons mean. Love that there is an option for multiple users but we haven’t needed to use it yet. The reason I give 3 stars is that from the get go the system does lag and can glitch at times, as in the application freezes at times. Some games have slow laggy sound to them. Sometimes when going from one application tk the next it can be choppy and laggy. There hasn’t been any complaints from my son except for the times applications do stop responding. It hasn’t been a problem for us but did want to note that about the quality of this tablet so that others know what to expect. Sound and sound quality is great, option for headphones as well. Overall we love it, and the case that comes with it is very protective. I would recommend this to other parents who are looking for educational screen time for their children as well as teaching some basic concepts of screen use in our ever inscreasing age of technology :)
The hardware is fine. The tablet is sturdy. The case is nice. The graphics look good. But the kids' interface is horrible. It's very slow to load, which is mildly frustrating for an adult, and melt-down worthy for an impatient toddler. I have a lot of trouble getting in and out of apps because the swiping mechanics it employs are nearly impossible to use. If it wasn't for these two issues, I would love the tablet. The parental controls work as intended. I like the way the content is served. And although things load slowly, we don't have any issues with speed once in gameplay. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this tablet because the navigation and speed of the interface are too critical to accept the issues.
M7 = 4 Terrifics and 3 Suggestions for Improvement: 1) Resolution is significant, especially considering the very reasonable price. 2) Speed capability is worthy indeed, and in deed. Also, the tablet is crafted with ease of access in mind. 3) Battery life is surely comparatively long lasting. 4) Earplugs' stereo sound is a resounding plus. 5) I would have liked the Google Assistant to have Hey, Google compatibility with the Google Go. 6) I would have liked a separate Lock Rotation compatibility with other more variable apps, for I am not crazy about the Auto Rotate function. 7) I would have liked to have a case protector option rather than the kid's buffer protector, for I am an adult. In conclusion, overall the M7 is noTABle as a budget friendly choice.
I have a BMW sport touring bike. The factory GPS for it is small (5") and big bucks. I found an adapter for a cell phone that connects to the OEM GPS socket and provides both wireless and USB charging. I initially used a Google Nexus 7 via a custom plastic sloped box only to find the GPS on it didn't work well. The GPS on this works very well. Time to signal acquisition even inside a car was very decent. I have not used this on my bike yet due to weather, especially in direct sunlight where it may not be bright enough (the Nexus was rated at over 500 nits, this one is 350). This tablet was physically smaller but has the same size screen. I was able to load my music player and navigation software on it OK via APK side loading. The nag screen to complete setup won't ever go away since I don't subscribe to the Google spyware (no Google account). I didn't have this problem with older versions of Android. 2. Apparently it's difficult to impossible to root the Lenovo Androids for expanded functionality. Doing so on the Nexus was very easy. 3. The Sygic nav app I installed has crashed twice in 2 days. Not sure if it is the tablet or the software, but this same program hasn't done that on other devices. Using a car rapid charger I got over 1400 ma of current. One feature I'd like to see on this is wireless charging. Overall it's a decent tablet for the price.
I would recommend this purchase for any parent looking for a quality device for their 8yo or younger. It is a very well made, quality piece of hardware. The UI is perfect for my 5yo, and it took me less than 5 minutes to set it up. Using google family link, i have the control I need to be a responsible parent, while giving my child the freedom to explore. The included bumper ensures the longevity of the device in the hands of my daughter. I got it for a great price, and very happy with the purchase. I was looking at devices from Apple and Samsung that were exponentially more expensive, with less value for my use. If you have a younger kid... this is a good purchase.
