Great computer. New Microsoft software is a little out of hand. I can't download any browser other than edge. It's not an issue with the computer itself, runs fine for the quality and space. Microsoft can stop being greedy though. Thanks

This computer is great for my daily needs of light gaming, researching, as well as saving and organizing photos. It is fast and efficient while also being light and sleek. I am writing this review on the said computer right now!

My daughter got Idea Pad 15.6' to me as a gift in July 2021. It started not to work(Dead power button) after using about 5 Months and was sent back to repair for 3 times. The same problem happened again and again. The warranty expired and I decided throw into garbage. I won't recommend this at all.

I am pleased with this laptop, and it meets all my needs. I did remove Windows S mode however, as I am much more comfortable with Google Chrome, and didn't like being forced to use Microsoft Edge. Now it suits my need perfectly.
The laptop is quite light and pleasant to use. Everything works quickly and flawlessly. Such a laptop is suitable for most purposes, games work rather poorly at only 20-30 fps.
The Lenovo IdeaPad that I purchased from Staples has met all my expectations, to date. The purchase process itself, was incredibly easy and the customer service care at the point of pick-up was terrific!!
This computer was a new one for me. I like how light weight it is, the slimness, and the brightness on the screen. This computer is really mind blowing to me all types of features. Wonderful.
I had to return it. It couldn't even handle having 3 browser windows open at once. S-Mode was also very limiting although it can be disabled making the computer even slower once done. I was surprised to see the specs on this laptop were worse than my 8 year old laptop I was trying to replace. You get what you pay for with this one!
I've used this brand of laptop before, and this is the 2nd laptop I've bought from Fingerhut (1st one was HP that went to crap in less than a year). This laptop overall seems ok, but it is very slow to load up everything and with maneuvering between windows/programs. I only use this laptop for my online college classes. Really hoping the speed doesn't get worse like the HP laptop I bought back in 2018.
TL;DR laptop purchased to watch YouTube and Netflix via browser, can't play videos or open Netflix site on 2nd day of ownership, with no programs or apps installed. Single tab open. Cheapie 8 year old tablet does though.Bought this 3 days ago to basically just watch YouTube, Netflix, and PrimeVideo, maybe do emails on vacation. Maybe. I set it up the next night, last night. I installed no new apps, I linked it to my microsoft account and that's it. It requires a microsoft acct. I used it to watch YouTube last night, via included edge browser. Worked great I then shut it down, powered off. Today i tried to watch YouTube and it wouldn't even open the browser. Just kept spinning like it was thinking. I tried bring up task manager, and it was super laggy, and eventually opened it but showed no apps running. So I tried the browser again, nothing. I shut down the computer and rebooted, and tried again. This time youtube opened but wouldnt play any videos. I checked my internet connection, full wifi bars. So I tried to open Netflix instead It would not load the web page. Again I tried to bring up task manager and it wouldn't do it. I shut it down. This whole process took 10 minutes. I fired up an 8 year old Samsung Tab A 16gb tablet and had Netflix and YouTube running, via Chrome browser, in less than 2 minutes. This laptop is going back, maybe it's a dud, but opening edge browser and trying to get a website to even open shouldn't take 10 minutes and in the end not work.
